In the long history of development,ethnic minorities have formed their own unique festivals and cultural customs.The Panwang Festival of Yao people is the most grand traditional festival to commemorate the ancestor Panwang every year.It is also an important part of the treasure house of minority culture.This festival carries the Yao people’s aesthetic cognition and historical memory for thousands of years.It has strong local characteristics,rich artistic deposits and distinctive cultural genes.In May 2006,Yao Panwang Festival was listed in the protection list of national intangible cultural heritage,adding to the precious treasure of traditional Chinese culture.With the expansion of the cultural tourism market,it has become the first choice for most people to go to minority areas to experience local folk culture.Meanwhile,cultural and creative products have become an important tourism consumer goods,and those with local cultural elements are more popular among the public.Integrating intangible cultural heritage into tourism is an effective means for the integrated development of cultural and tourism in the new era.Strengthening the design and development of innovative tourism products has also become an effective way to boost the development of local cultural tourism industry,and promote the protection and inheritance of intangible cultural heritage and innovative development.The Jinxiu Yao Autonomous County in Laibin,Guangxi is known as the "Yao Capital of the World",because the Jinxiu Yao Autonomous County is a concentrated area of Yao tribe in China.There are five subdivisions: Panyao,Chashanyao,Shanziyao,Aoyao and Huaxanyao living here.The high mountains are scattered with different population sources,diversified languages and customs,rich tourism resources,and the local tourism industry has developed rapidly in recent years.Panwang Festival,also known locally as "Panwang Jumping",is a traditional festival regularly held by Yao ethnic group who speak "Mian language" in Dayao Mountain,Jinxiu,Guangxi on the 16 th day of the10 th lunar month every year.The ritual activities of Panwang Festival can be divided into various types,such as self-organized by each village tribe or unified sponsored by the local government.The sacrificial ceremonies and Yaoyi song and dance performances in the festival are full of abundant movements,costumes,and costumes.Food and other visual elements provide valuable reference resources for the innovative design of local tourism cultural and creative products.This can effectively promote the development of local cultural tourism industry,but also boost the protection and inheritance of intangible cultural heritage and innovative development.Based on this,this paper mainly studies and practices the application of the visual elements of Yao Panwang Festival in the tourism cultural and creative products of Jinxiu Yao Autonomous County,Laibin City,Guangxi.Through field research,image data analysis and field investigation,the origin and specific festival customs of Jinxiu Yao Panwang Festival are understood,and image analysis is used to obtain the visual element resources of Jinxiu Yao Panwang Festival.Then,combined with market research,innovative design principles,development difficulties and user needs,the status quo of tourism cultural and creative products is analyzed for the visual elements of Yao Panwang Festival in Jinxiu.On this basis,vector extraction is carried out for the sorted visual elements of Panwang Festival,and vector atlas and color atlas of visual elements are established,and three design transformation methods are put forward reasonably.Finally,the representative typical design elements are selected from the drawing set,and relevant design techniques are adopted to carry out innovative design practices of tourism products such as the role visual design,graphic visual design and publicity poster design of Jinxiu Yao Panwang Festival,so as to develop tourism cultural creative products that not only have the current popular aesthetics but also reflect the cultural charm of Jinxiu Panwang Festival and highlight its unique artistic style.
