| With the continuous penetration of urban expansion into rural areas,rural functions have changed significantly.In the development process of Henan Province,problems such as large but not strong agriculture and weak industrial development have appeared,especially the increasingly aging population in rural areas and the "hollowing out" of villages,which have become the weak links and prominent weaknesses in the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas in Henan Province.At present,on the one hand,the research on rural functions mainly describes the spatial differentiation of the status quo,ignores the evolution of time stage,does not summarize the performance of the same regional functions in different time periods,and is difficult to explain the changes of rural functions.On the other hand,the future development strategy is proposed from the macro perspective according to the dominant functional zoning.The resource allocation from the micro perspective is not considered enough,and the practical significance of guiding the optimization of the overall territorial spatial pattern is insufficient.Based on this,this paper constructs a logical framework of "spatial features-function evaluation-coupling coordination-influencing factors-function zoning-planning and development" from the perspective of rural three and livelihood functions.Based on the production,living and ecological resources at county level,this paper firstly analyzes the spatiotemporal evolution pattern of rural three-life functions in Henan Province,discusses the coupling and coordination relationship between rural three-life functions,and finds out the influencing factors of the coupling and coordination of three-life functions.Secondly,comparative advantage index and mean advantage index were introduced to classify the leading functions of the study area,and compared with the main functional area planning formulated by Henan Province.Finally,based on the development status of the advantageous functions,the paper finds out the under-developed counties and puts forward the planning countermeasures,determines the pattern of health and welfare,and discusses the development strategy of rural health and welfare functions in Henan Province,which is of great significance for the implementation of rural transformation and development and rural revitalization strategy.The research content and conclusion of this paper are as follows:(1)Based on the data of 2010,2015 and 2020,this paper constructs the index system of rural livelihood function from the social,economic and cultural perspectives,and determines the evolution characteristics and spatial distribution of rural livelihood function in Henan Province.From 2010 to 2020,the overall improvement of rural production function is relatively obvious.The rural production function of all counties and cities is centered in Zhengzhou,and increases year by year along the transportation hubs of Beijing-Guangzhou Line and Long hai Line.Rural living function showed stable changes in the high value area and overall improvement in the low value area.Rural ecological function has an increasing trend in the study period.From the spatial distribution,it can be seen that the rural three life functions in Henan Province show the characteristics of agglomeration.The high value and high value areas of rural production functions are in the central and northern parts of Henan Province,and a small part of them are in the southern plain region.The higher value of rural life function is around the central city of Zhengzhou,and the rest of the general development of rural life function steadily increased.The areas with high rural ecological function mainly distributed in the mountainous and hilly areas of southwest China,while the areas with low ecological function occupied a large proportion during the study period,mainly distributed in the plain areas such as Huang-Huai-hai Plain and Nanyang Basin.(2)By analyzing the coupling coordination degree of rural,ecological and health functions,and using the geographical detector to study the influencing factors of the coupling coordination of the three,and discussing the relationship between rural production,life and ecological functions,the coupling coordination degree of rural,ecological and health functions in Henan Province has obvious spatial differentiation characteristics,the overall performance is "high in the northwest and low in the southeast".From the perspective of time dimension,the regions with better coupling coordination degree of rural three-health functions showed an overall upward trend,while the proportion of slight and near-disordered functions showed a downward trend.The coupling coordination degree experienced four stages: slight dissonance,borderline dissonance,reluctant coordination and moderate coordination.The coupling coordination degree grew the fastest in the reluctant coordination stage and lasted the longest in the borderline coordination stage.In Henan Province,the coupling coordination degree of "production-life" is increasing year by year.The degree of rural "life-ecology" coupling coordination shows a change of "slight dissonance--near dissonance--barely coordination" in the dominant type.The coupling coordination degree of rural "production-ecology" is higher than that of "production-life" and "life-ecology",showing an overall growth trend.The driving factors influencing the coupling of rural three-and health-producing functions in Henan Province are variable,and ecological functions gradually play a great role in the coordinated development of the three functions over time.According to the coupling and coordination effects of rural functions,the development of rural "production-living" functions needs to constantly improve infrastructure and increase rural residents’ income.Rural "life-ecology" function,while carrying out ecological environment conservation,improve the income of local villagers;Rural "production-ecology",on the basis of protecting the local natural resources background from obvious destruction,the development of industry is the key to promote its coordinated development.(3)Based on the evaluation value,spatial layout and coupling coordination model of rural healthrelated functions in Henan Province,and combined with Spearman rank correlation analysis,the correlation between various functions was discussed.There were multiple pairs of significant correlation between rural health-related functions in Henan Province,and significant positive correlation between non-agricultural production and living functions.Comparative advantage function partition and mean advantage function partition are introduced.The study was divided into 7 types of comparative advantage function and 8 types of mean advantage function.Due to the differences in the evaluation results,the two functions are moderately adjusted in order to achieve the overall consistency,considering that some counties have dominant advantages and the overall development level is not outstanding.Finally determine the rural advantaged function combination in Henan Province.It can be divided into eight types.In terms of time series,there is no significant difference in the spatial distribution of the combined advantage types.Compared with the comparative advantage function types and mean advantage function types,weak comprehensive area and production function area are more obvious.Both are distributed in the southwest plain area,mainly agricultural production.Non-agricultural production-living functional areas are mainly distributed around the center of Zhengzhou,which has a high level of economic development,complete living facilities and convenient transportation,and is easy to develop non-agricultural industries.The ecological function advantage area is distributed in the northwest mountainous area with high forest coverage and good ecological environment.Non-agricultural production-life-ecological complex is mainly distributed in the areas with superior ecological resources and good non-agricultural production,which presents the advantages of coordinated development of production-life-ecological functions.On the whole,the dominant function of rural areas in Henan Province increased gradually in the production function area and the agricultural production-life function area,and formed a centralized distribution trend,while the weak comprehensive function area gradually decreased.(4)According to the results of rural combination advantage zoning in Henan Province,taking advantaged functional zoning in 2020 as the development status and positioning of main functional zones in Henan province as the target orientation,the underdevelopment areas are identified,different counties are selected from eight types respectively,and in terms of county-level overall planning,the functional positioning of each county and village is clarified and future planning and development strategies are proposed.To form a development pattern of "one heart,two belts,one district,three mountains" in rural sanitation and health.According to the rural development goals of Henan province and based on the overall development strategy,the development countermeasures of provincial rural sanitation and health function planning are put forward. |
