Heilongjiang Province Rural Economical Residential Garden Planning And Project Design Research

Under the policy of New Rural Construction, more and more attention has been paid to the developing trend of rural residential housing as it plays a vital role in new rural housing construction. With a prospering socio-economy, great changes have taken place in rural living conditions and cultural life. How to improve the construction of the rural residential courtyard level, improve the living environment of rural residents and the quality of life, has become a new rural construction in the development of our country is facing the biggest problem. Heilongjiang region due to the harsh natural conditions, backward basic facilities construction conditions, causing confusion and and backwardness of rural residential garden planning and design, including the incomplete function of space requirements, lack of systemic and integrity, residential space planning technical limitations of palisade structure and materials of the problem such as backward, so as to improve rural residents' living environment and life quality has become the most acute problem in our nation's New Rural Construction.Due to serious natural conditions, poor basic facilities and construction environment in Heilongjiang Province, the arrangement of rural residential housing there has long been disordered and slow. This includes imperfect functional space demands, disordered, broken space arrangement, restricted technology in housing protection structure and poor materials. This thesis focuses on economy-type arrangement in rural housing designs. It is a research based on rural residents' physical, mental needs and features on functional space. This thesis chose Tang Chi Country, one of the countries in Heilongjiang Area as a research target. I did some research, analysis and a practical case design based on its environmental features, the status quo of rural housing arrangements and its space structures. I focus on the basic functional space features of rural housing and residents' modernization needs. Under its basic designing strategies and principles, I did some rural economy-type housing designs, as to satisfy the demands of sustainable development in rural areas in Heilongjiang Province.This research consists of five parts. The first part is introduction. The second is about an analysis on related environment in Heilongjiang Area. I directly pointed out the influencing elements in rural housing designs and analyzed the impact of natural environment, socio-economy and residents' action mode on it. I finally found out the construction trend of rural housing and its basic limits in Heilongjiang Province. The third part does a concrete analysis on the status quo of rural housing in Heilongjiang Province. After a research on space structure of rural housing, its basic elements and space features, and a consideration of its chaotic, untended phenomenon, I concluded on the problems of rural housing designs in Heilongjiang Province. In the fourth part, I come up with designing strategies to solve the problem appearing in rural housing designs. Based on the status quo, the policy and natural resources advantages of rural housing designs, I found out the basic designing strategies and principles. I also pointed out new designing ideas and methods in terms of function, demands and resource materials in order to expend the economy-type construction area. The last part is the real case design, that is, a economy-type design of rural housing for Tang Chi Country. I truly applied it to rural housing designs. I focused on the application of functional arrangemen-ts and local resources on the economy-type design and provided a new idea and point of view for rural housing design in Heilongjiang Province.
