In recent years,with the rise of a large number of domestic and foreign automobile enterprises and the continuous improvement of customer demand,the competition in the automobile industry is becoming greater and greater.Many studies have shown that an enterprise,especially an automobile enterprise,can obtain competitive advantages by selecting powerful auto parts suppliers and making maximum use of its advantageous resources and making strategic adjustments in line with market changes.However,at present,many methods of supplier selection in the automotive industry have the problem,which is the index establishment is not in line with the actual situation of the company and the decision-making results are not scientific.This paper selects S company,which is a well-known domestic automobile enterprise,as the specific background and conducts research.First of all,the questionnaire method and SPSS software were used to build the index system by combining the characteristics of suppliers of S company and the problems existing in the previous supplier management,so as to establish the index system in line with the actual situation of the company to the greatest extent.Then,using TL-ANP(2-tuple linguistic analytic network process)to determine the weight of indicators and subindicators,which can not only avoid the loss of information,but also make up for the problem that traditional decision-making method in 2-tuple linguistic assumes that the standards are independent of each other and ignore the interaction between the criteria.Finally,IT-ELECTRE-?(interval 2-tuple Elimination and Choice Translation Reality ?)is adopted to sort the alternative suppliers and select the best supplier.In this method,the ratings of alternatives on sub-criteria are expressed as binary interval language variables,which can effectively avoid the problem that the criteria cannot compensate each other and make the decision-making results more reliable.Apart from that,this article has carried on the reverse order analysis and the verification to the choice result,which has guaranteed the reliability and the scientific nature of the result and avoid the phenomenon of reverse order in the multi-attribute decision making problem.From the above,this paper forms a set of systematic methods is that problem analysis to index determination and supplier selection model construction and solution,which can provide references for complex multi-attribute decision-making problems in the automobile industry.Finally,the multi-attribute decision making problem proposed in this paper is more close to the decision making problem in real life.Moreover,the decision result obtained has been scientifically verified,which has practical application significance and scientific nature.
