| The power industry is in an era of profound change.As a basic industry that ensures the stable development of the national economy,under the guidance of the national “dual carbon” goal,the power system reform is gradually deepening in the aspects of transmission and distribution pricing and power trading market.C power supply company,as a county-level company of Zhejiang Electric Power Co.,Ltd.,must actively adapt to the external regulatory requirements,take digital transformation as the starting point,analyze,select and implement competitive strategies,improve and perfect effective assets under the strategic guidance,lean management costs,consolidate the company’s foundation,help clean and low-carbon energy development,and strive for carbon peaking.This thesis takes C power supply company as the research object,introduces the background and significance of C power supply company’s competitive strategy research based on digital transformation,and puts forward the existing problems of C power supply company’s competitive strategy after reviewing relevant literature and field visits.After using strategic management theory to qualitatively analyze the internal and external environment of C power supply company,by inviting experts to score and empower,strategic management tools are used to conduct quantitative analysis.Then conduct SWOT analysis on C power supply company,and use the analysis results as the connection point between strategic analysis and strategic choice.This thesis then elaborates on the competitive strategy selection,positioning and objectives,implementation and guarantee measures of C Power Supply Company based on digital transformation.On the basis of comparing the three basic competitive strategies,first qualitatively choose the differentiated competitive strategy,and then use the Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix(QSPM)to quantitatively analyze the selected key factors,and also obtain the result that the differentiated competitive strategy should be selected.C power supply company needs to use digital transformation as the starting point to achieve the goal of differentiated competition in technology,service and brand.In order to ensure that C power supply company can successfully implement the differentiated competition strategy,it is necessary to strengthen organizational construction,human resources,and corporate culture guarantees.This thesis aims to take C power supply company as an example,and through the relevant means of strategic management,after analyzing C power supply company,point out that C power supply company based on digital transformation should adopt differentiation competitive strategy in the face of power market competition,by giving full play to the advantages of power supply enterprises and tapping and enhancing their own core competitiveness,hoping to provide reference opinions for C power supply company,and also hoping to provide some reference for other power supply units in formulating and implementing competitive strategies. |
