After the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,Premier Li Qiang conducted research and hosted a symposium on the development of advanced manufacturing industry in Hunan.The mechanical manufacturing industry is the main industry in China.To develop and grow in this challenging environment,it is necessary to have an operational management system that is suitable for its own characteristics in order to ensure the effective implementation and operation of this system.Therefore,China’s machinery manufacturing industry needs to establish a scientific,applicable,effective,and mutually complementary incentive system.This paper is a practical research aimed at improving the quality of enterprise management based on this background.The Amoeba business model,as an effective business model to improve the quality of enterprise management,has been recognized by more and more business operators.It divides the company into several independent accounting organizational units,utilizes the simplest accounting methods,and obtains profits through internal transactions.The independent accounting model,which relies on its own efforts and is responsible for profits and losses,has important application value.This article is guided by the incentive system theory of the Amoeba business model,and explores the internal factors of the problems in the incentive system of Company A.Based on the actual situation of the enterprise,an in-depth analysis is conducted on the current incentive mechanism of the enterprise.Through a series of methods such as literature research,questionnaire surveys,statistical analysis,etc.,it is found that there are insufficient performance evaluation salary design,unreasonable salary structure,and There are issues such as incomplete welfare systems and insufficient training incentives.This paper is based on the Amoeba business model and proposes optimization content for the incentive mechanism of the Amoeba model.By using the theory of the Amoeba model to reshape values,attach importance to training operators’ abilities,and build a mechanism for everyone to participate in business,an effective incentive mechanism based on the Amoeba business model theory is constructed.The research in this article is not only conducive to strengthening and improving the integration of A company’s incentive mechanism and management model,but also enhances the high-quality operation and management of the enterprise,laying a foundation for its sustainable development.At the same time,the research results of this article can also play a positive role in the high-quality development of China’s manufacturing industry.
