| Railway transportation as one of the main way of transportation in China,has a large capacity,long distance,low cost,has an important role in the social production.From the new China was founded,especially since the reform and opening up,China’s railway transportation has made grea t achievements,made a positive contribution to economic development.By the end of 2019,the total mileage of 139000 kilometers,the railway operation complete freight total turnover of 3.018195 trillion ton-km.One Belt And One Road construction opened up a new era of China’s reform and opening up,along with strategy of pushing B&R,our country foreign trade to achieve the rapid growth.Railway transportation has become an important mode of transportation in international logistics,for national B&R construction provides a powerful guarantee to transport Among them,China Railway Express along the way not only promoted the state economic and trade exchanges and regional economic development,also powerful boost the rapid development of the open economy in our country.With the rapid development of national economy,railway freight volume and rapid growth,railway transportation industry bear the more and more to the heavy transportation task.Under the market economy system,the adjustment railway operatio n and management system,the environment changed a lot of railway transportation,the railway transport enterprise in developing is faced with many new problems and new situations,there are many problems in the management,especially in the area of staff motivation.Railway transportation is closely connected with employees,employees as the main body of railway operations,is the normal operation of the railway transport enterprise to carry out the order production and human basis.Production and operation of the railway operations is different from general enterprise.Therefore,the research of the railway transport enterprise incentive problem has important practical significance.PL railway is a connecting local railways,railway and port shall be the r esponsibility of PL railway transport enterprise operation management.Based on PL railway transport enterprise as research object,the system studied the enterprise incentive mechanism optimization problem.This study adopts the method of literature analysis,questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews,using hierarchy theory of needs,two-factor theory,equity theory,reinforcement theory,etc.,analyze the incentive status quo of PL railway transport enterprise,find the problems and disadvantages existing in the current incentive mechanism,delve into the causes of the formation of problems.In learning and using for reference,on the basis of incentive theory research status at home and abroad,and combining the status of development of PL railway transport enterprise optimize the incentive mechanism,proposed building a fair and reasonable salary management system,establish a scientific and reasonable performance appraisal system,employee career planning management,perfecting the promotion system,adopting diversified incentives,incentive measures such as strengthening the construction of enterprise culture,the optimized incentive scheme more accords with the practice of enterprise development,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the optimization scheme from publicity,organization,system,funds,and continuously optimize the guarantee measures are put forward.Hope the optimized incentive mechanism can satisfy the business enterprise employee’s current most urgent demand,stimulate the work enthusiasm,enhance the work sense of responsibility,loyalty to the enterprise and the sense of belonging,improve the work performance,so as to effectively promote enterprise benefit,realize sustainable development. |
