With the release of the national "14th Five-Year Plan" for the protection of cultural relics and scientific and technological innovation,China has paid more and more attention to the development of the cultural and museum industry,and with the increase in the frequency of people’s travel in museums,it reflects the growing spiritual and cultural needs of the people,so it can be foreseen that there is a huge space for the development of cultural and creative products in museums in China in the future.As a specialized museum for collecting,protecting,researching and displaying items with ethnic minority characteristics,ethnic museums in ethnic minority areas contain rich ethnic cultural connotations and are an important part of China’s cultural soft power.In this context,this paper aims to discuss the problems faced by the development of cultural and creative products of Jinxiu Yao Museum,analyze the current situation of cultural and creative products of Jinxiu Yao Museum through field research,summarize the problems of product homogeneity,symbol application,and single product type in the development of Jinxiu Yao cultural and creative products,and then propose to start from the regional cultural factors of Jinxiu Yao ethnic group,use quantitative analysis methods to screen cultural factors,and then combine them into the research of cultural and creative design of Jinxiu Yao Museum.This paper classifies the specific cultural factors of the Jinxiu Yao ethnic group from the micro perspective,and finds the feasibility characteristics between the cultural factors of the Jinxiu Yao ethnic group and the cultural and creative products of the Yao Museum through field research and case analysis,so as to provide strategies for the cultural and creative design of the Jinxiu Yao Museum.The key part of the research is to provide quantitative evaluation criteria for screening suitable regional cultural factors of the Yao ethnic group in the process of cultural and creative design of the Yao Museum,first obtain the weight ranking of the firstlevel Yao cultural factors and the weight ranking of the characteristics of the Yao cultural and creative system through the analytic hierarchy method,and then further determine the degree of consumers’ preference for the Yao cultural factors through the Li Kete scale method,and finally conclude the direction of the cultural and creative design of the Yao Museum from the clothing culture and architectural culture of the Jinxiu Yao ethnic group,so as to provide a scientific theoretical basis for the cultural and creative design of the Jinxiu Yao Museum.According to the above research content,the cultural and creative design concept of Jinxiu Yao Museum is summarized,the cultural and creative design methods of the museum are innovated,the patterns,forms and colors in the costume culture and architectural culture of the Jinxiu Yao ethnic group are extracted,and the cultural and creative development of the Yao Museum is carried out through the structural reorganization of element symbols and the situational design that creates empathetic artistic conception,so as to design the museum cultural and creative products with the regional cultural characteristics of the Jinxiu Yao ethnic group,meet the spiritual and cultural needs of consumers,and solve the homogeneity,simplification,and cultural and creative products of the Jinxiu Yao Nationality Museum.Design language confusion and other issues,complete the development of cultural and creative design of the Yao Museum.
