| The core of digital twin is to build a "bridge" between the physical world and the virtual world,thus ensuring a mirror mapping between virtual product design and real physical products.With the integration and application of new generation information technology and manufacturing industry,such as Internet of Things and Big Data,digital twin is increasingly used in the industrial manufacturing field.At present,the research on the application of digital twin in industrial manufacturing industry is concentrated in the fields of satellite,aircraft,ship and automobile.In order to explore the application of digital twin technology in the development stage of logistics equipment,this paper combines the actual needs of logistics equipment development and focuses on the design modeling method and virtual debugging system implementation of logistics equipment based on digital twin,which is of great significance to shorten the product development cycle of logistics equipment and reduce the product development co st.The main research contents include.Firstly,the application and development status of digital twin and virtual commissioning technologies are analyzed.Based on the in-depth study of digital twin and virtual commissioning technology,the architecture of digital twin modeling and virtual commissioning system for logistics equipment is designed to guide and manage the process of design modeling and virtual commissioning implementation.Secondly,for the parallel collaborative design approach based on dig ital twin in the design stage,the product system scheme conception and working principle solution are carried out by FBS(Function-Behavior-Structure)functional decomposition method in the conceptual design stage.In the detailed design stage,the digital twin collaborative design modeling of logistics equipment is carried out from the functional point of view,and the parallel collaborative design of mechanical,electrical and automation disciplines of logistics equipment is realized.Again,for the commissioning stage based on the implementation of the digital twin virtual commissioning system,on the basis of the study of the composition and functions of the virtual commissioning system,the design of data communication and data transmission between the platforms of the virtual commissioning system is completed.And according to the system design results,the application software is selected to complete the construction of the virtual commissioning system platform for logistics equipment.Finally,digital twin modelling is carried out for the stacker crane,a key logistics equipment in the warehouse logistics system,and virtual commissioning is used to complete the verification of the mechanical structure of the stacker crane and the development of the control program,verifying the feasibility of the digital twin modelling and virtual commissioning method for logistics equipment.The results of the development of the virtual commissioning phase are tested in a practical application of a stacker crane pro ject to verify the effectiveness of the method by comparing it with traditional design and commissioning methods. |
