In recent years,with the development of information technology and computer technology,the integration of traditional manufacturing and information technology has continued to deepen,and traditional manufacturing is shifting towards intelligent manufacturing.As the application of intelligent manufacturing,the intelligent production unit always faces a bottleneck—the interaction between the information world and the physical world.Therefore,this paper proposes a solution based on digital twins.However,most of the current digital twins are theoretical research,with few practical applications.This paper takes the intelligent production cell of aerospace complex parts as the object,carries out the research on the virtual simulation control of the digital twin production cell,and designs the virtual simulation control system of the production cell based on the digital twin to verify it.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:First of all,according to the characteristics and requirements of the intelligent processing production unit for complex parts in aerospace,the technical framework of the production unit virtual simulation control system is proposed for the purpose of realizing the virtual and real synchronization and virtual simulation of the production unit,and the operation principle and functional structure of the system are analyzed.Use Unity3 D as the development engine to build a 3D visualization virtual production unit.On this basis,the operation mechanism of the digital twin production unit is studied,and the data-driven virtual production unit processing operation is realized by constructing a data and model communication interface,with parts as the smallest control unit.Secondly,to solve the problems of difficult motion control and low control accuracy of industrial robots in the cell,through robot kinematics analysis,two virtual robot control algorithms are proposed: joint control algorithms based on forward kinematics and end-point based on inverse kinematics and trajectory planning.Position control algorithm.Through the virtual and real synchronous control of virtual and real robots,the correctness of the algorithm is verified.Finally,in the subject project,the entire system was realized and verified,and the main results were displayed.Then,research based on the data-driven virtual-real mapping and virtual simulation of the production unit,analyze the multi-source heterogeneous data in the production unit,and construct the data model in an object-oriented method.Design a data collection and communication framework based on OPC UA to solve the problem of multi-source heterogeneous data collection and processing.A three-level mapping system based on datadriven unit layout,information,and behavior is proposed to realize multi-dimensional virtual and real mapping and synchronization of production units.Abstract modeling of unit processing behavior,build ESHLEP-N network model,interactively integrate with MES system,develop virtual simulation function of production unit,realize visual simulation of part processing process and transparent control of key performance such as production capacity and utilization rate.Finally,a virtual simulation control system for the production unit based on the digital twin is designed to verify the above technical theories,and realize the data management,information interaction,visual monitoring and virtual simulation of the information of the physical production unit and the virtual production unit.
