With the rapid development of the construction industry,there are many quality problems during the construction.Not only will it affect the construction progress,but also causes injuries or damages.At present,the research on engineering quality risk lacks systematic assessment theory model and index system in China and abroad,and it lacks objective research on quality risk assessment system.So it is particularly important how to manage engineering quality risk.Firstly,the paper defines the concepts and characteristics of engineering quality,engineering quality risk,entropy weight and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,etc,by way of literature summarizing.Secondly,the paper analyses factors identification of the engineering quality risk in detail and builds the engineering quality risk evaluation index system from human factors,technological factors,management factors,mechanical factors and environmental factors,by way of qualitative analysis.Thirdly,the paper collects probability size and loss severity of risk factors causing quality problems by way of expert investigation.Then the paper builds the index system of engineering quality risk assessment by way of quantitative analysis,and then the paper introduces the Xichang project example by way of case analysis,and it discerns risk factors and builds index system,and it evaluates engineering quality risk by way of entropy weight fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,the evaluation result indicates that the engineering quality risk is at medium level,and the engineering quality risk is high in the technical,environmental and management.Finally,the paper put forwards the control measures of technical risk factors,management risk factors and environmental risk factors,and it improves the level of housing construction engineering quality risk management.the paper bases on the way of entropy weight fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,and it improves the objectivity of evaluation results and accuracy,and it enriches the theory of engineering quality risk assessment methods.The purpose of the paper is to explore the quality risk factors of housing construction,and it builds engineering quality risk evaluation indexes by way of entropy weight fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to find the biggest quality risk factor,and it put forwards the control measures and improves the level of housing construction engineering quality risk management.The research enriches the methods and achievements of engineering quality risk assessments,it improves the management level of housing construction engineering quality risk,and it enhances the quality of the housing construction engineering risk management targeted,and it contributes the cost control of housing construction project.
