| At present,most of China’s construction industry is still based on the traditional cast-in-place mode,which is extensive,high energy consumption,high pollution,low efficiency and labor-intensive construction mode.There are many problems,which are inconsistent with China’s carbon neutral background and contrary to China’s green development concept.In the context of the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry and the realization of carbon neutrality,prefabricated building has become the development direction of the future construction industry because of its characteristics of green,resource utilization,building industrialization and information technology,which is a major change in construction mode.In this paper,to understand and to measure the development level of prefabricated construction in our country,through the established maturity model to assess the prefabricated construction in our country’s maturity level,find the weak links that exist in the development process,put forward to improve the path of the maturity of the prefabricated building engineering construction and the suggestion,to promote the prefabricated building better and faster development.The research ideas and technical route of this paper are mainly the following four steps:(1)On the basis of the whole life cycle theory and maturity model theory,the construction idea of the prefabricated construction Maturity Model(CMM-PBE)is sorted out,and the category,dimension and internal structure of OPM3 maturity model is determined.(2)Based on the literature research method and PEST theory,combined with relevant policy documents,the construction maturity evaluation index system of prefabricated building engineering is established.(3)Empirical research.Taking Kunming city and Chengdu city as examples,this paper applies The CMM-PBE,determines the index weight by AHP-entropy weight method,quantifies and grades the evaluation index by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and finally obtains the evaluation result by combining the actual situation of Kunming city and Chengdu City.(4)Compare and analyze the evaluation results of Kunming city and Chengdu city and find out the reasons for the gap.Then,through the priority matrix method,find out the improvement path of the construction maturity of prefabricated building engineering in the two cities,and put forward corresponding suggestions and countermeasures.After research,the evaluation index system finally constructed in this paper includes 7dimensions and 30 evaluation indexes,among which the comprehensive benefit level and the construction maturity of prefabricated building engineering have the greatest relationship.Through empirical research,the maturity level of kunming prefabricated building engineering construction is growth level,and Chengdu city is standard level,which is consistent with the actual development situation,proving that the evaluation index is more scientific and reasonable.Finally,suggestions on improving maturity level are put forward from the aspects of policy guidance,technological innovation,talent training,market mechanism and technical standard system. |
