| During the service period of the asphalt pavement,the road surface texture will be smoothed by the tires during the long-term driving process of the vehicle,resulting in a rapid decline in the anti-sliding performance of the pavement,resulting in hidden dangers of driving safety.For the sake of wear resistance,high-quality stones with good mechanical properties such as basalt are mostly used as paving materials for the upper layer of asphalt pavement in China.In order to meet the long-term anti-sliding performance of highway construction,some regions do not hesitate to transport highquality anti-sliding aggregates from far away areas,which increases the cost of highway construction.In this regard,the combination of hot-pressed asphalt pavement and ultrathin wearing course technology and the design and development of Hot rolled asphalt ultra-thin wearing course pavement technology can solve the problem of lack of highquality stones,and also be used as a preventive maintenance method to restore the road performance in the later stage.Therefore,aiming at the problem of enjoyment,the research on Hot rolled asphalt ultra-thin wearing course material,construction technology and anti slip decay is carried out.First of all,from the perspective of asphalt,to solve the defect of poor hightemperature stability of hot-pressed asphalt pavement.Select SBS modified asphalt as the base asphalt,and set up five test groups with HVA content of 0%,6%,8%,10%,and 12%.Through three index tests,dynamic viscosity test,cloth viscosity test and dynamic shear rheology test analysis,the influence of different high-viscosity additives on asphalt viscosity and high-temperature deformation resistance is studied,and the optimal content of HVA high-viscosity modifier is determined to be 8% based on the relevant specification index requirements and economic cost.Secondly,the structural characteristics of hot-pressed asphalt pavement are analyzed,and the embedded layer HRA-13 of hot-pressed asphalt ultra-thin wearing course is designed.Through Marshall test,the best asphalt stone ratio of the embedded layer is determined by combining two methods at home and abroad.The pavement performance of the embedded layer mixture is tested.The test results show that 8% HVA modified asphalt can significantly improve the pavement performance of the embedded layer.Among them,the high temperature stability is significantly improved,which effectively improves the defect of poor high temperature stability of Hot rolled asphalt pavement.On this basis,the orthogonal test is carried out on the hot-pressed asphalt ultra-thin wearing course to analyze the influence of different construction technologies on the structural depth and flying performance of the Hot rolled asphalt ultra-thin wearing course.Through comprehensive analysis of structural depth and flying loss,the best construction technology combination is determined,which can improve the flying,peeling and other diseases of crushed stone on the surface of Hot rolled asphalt pavement while ensuring good anti-sliding performance.The surface of basalt aggregate used in the spreading layer is modified to improve the bond strength between the spreading layer and the embedded layer,and further reduce the relative dispersion rate of the gravel in the spreading layer.Finally,based on the anti-sliding mechanism of asphalt pavement,the macroscopic structure and friction coefficient of Hot rolled asphalt pavement are measured by manual sanding,laser profiler,pendulum and TDFA.The test results show that the hot-pressed asphalt ultra-thin wearing course has good anti-sliding performance.The correlation between dynamic friction coefficient COF and MTD,MPD,BPN is analyzed,and the evolution trend of skid resistance of Hot rolled asphalt pavement is studied with TDFA as the test instrument.With the help of grey correlation analysis method,the influence of the spread amount,particle size and mechanical properties of the spread layer gravel on the anti slip decay of Hot rolled asphalt pavement is analyzed. |
