In recent years, as the heavy-duty vehicles proportional to the Highway, particularly serious is the overloading of vehicles, the asphalt pavement is prone to produce rutting. The asphalt pavement rutting disease has become a hot and difficult question in domestic and international research. PR PLASTS (hereinafter referred to PR) is a dedicated anti-rutting additives, PR INDUSTRIE developed from France and the French central road and bridge laboratory LCPC jointly in 1990. It uses a modified composite and low-speed shear, decentralization technologies. The major countries in Western Europe have been more applications, many more applications on the major countries in Western Europe, its technical characteristics is the good performance of the anti-rutting. However, the new products want to entry to China's engineering applications and in order to have its comprehensive and in-depth research, it must be integrated with China's climate traffic conditions and road structure.This paper combined with our weather conditions and road structure characteristics, researched on the PR modified asphalt road performance, through its temperature sensitivity, low temperature performance, anti-aging properties and viscous, and other indicators of in-depth analysis, demonstration of its excellent road performance; studied the PR modified asphalt mixture road performance using a comparative test method, analyzed on the performance of the systems through its strength, water stability, high temperature stability and low temperature cracking, demonstration of its road performance advantages, especially high-temperature rutting performance; Finally, through the coastal highway in Hebei Province PR test the paved road, researched on the PR modified asphalt construction technology and quality control methods.To sum up above research results, the paper analyzed our China climate of high temperature, the applicability of heavy traffic conditions of PR anti-rutting additive. |
