The snow and ice problem of the road is one of the main problems that affect traffic safety.The snow and ice has seriously affected the safety of people traveling,reduced the efficiency of vehicles and increased the cost of vehicle use.So,how to solve this problem is an important issue.Base on this,this paper puts forward the ice-resistant anti-skid wear layer,through the study of the upper layer of ice-resistant aggregate and the lower layer of binder,obtained the appropriate wear layer design And how to use it.First of all,the binder used resin asphalt,through the physical blending system and chemical reaction process to improve the resin curing products and asphalt compatibility.Analyzing the bonding strength and low temperature performance of resin asphalt binder under different blending ratio through the drawing test and trabecular bending test.Through that we got the ratio of asphalt,resin,curing agent,turpentine,maleic anhydride and glycerol,and also two different suitable method.Secondly,for the upper aggregate,this paper has carried on the multidimensional research on the basis of the ceramsite.Using the porous properties of ceramsite to meet the functional requirements of aggregate ice and snow,through the ceramic and ordinary Andesite aggregate compound to meet its anti-pressure wear and other road requirements.This part of the contents based on aggregate crushing value,water absorption and wear value.Using the wheel grinder,the anti-skid performance and the attenuation of the wear resistance under different polishing time and polishing times were evaluated to find the best blending ratio.Based on the first two parts of the research results,continue to study the overall wear layer.Through the analysis of ice suppression mechanism,the analysis of indoor ice melting test,the analysis of precipitation of ice suppression,the observation of outdoor spreading test,the observation of freezing experiment and the analysis of rainfall simulation test to evaluate the melting and snowing performance of abrasive layer The anti-skid property of abrasion layer under different conditions was verified by pendulum friction instrument.Using the wheeled grinding machine to evaluate the anti-peel performance of the wear layer before and after the UV aging.And finally got the design method and the use of recommendations of the ice-resistant anti-skid wear layer...
