Auto parts manufacturing enterprise is the solid foundation on which the automotive industry to flourish and strong support.With the rapid development of automobile industry,the automobile market demand is more fluid,the technological innovation is rapid,the competition is intensified,this brought auto parts manufacturing enterprises not only more opportunities,but also accompanied by more severe tests.Inventory management is the core part of daily operation in auto parts manufacturing enterprise,proper raw material inventory can better meet customer demand,and improve the flexibility of production,thus to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises.However,excessive inventories will bring huge inventory costs.Due to the variety of raw materials,the number is differ,and with a high degree of volatility and dynamic,which makes the inventory management of raw materials is becoming more difficult,but also becomes one of the important factors influencing the enterprise competition vitality.First,this article summarizes the related theory and method of inventory management is,and analysis the W auto parts manufacturing enterprise's inventory management present situation on the basis of the existing theory,and put forward the problems of inventory management,such as the lack of raw materials classification of inventory management,out of stock and explosive stock are coexist,the setting of ordering strategy and safety stock is empirical and not unified,and the sharing of information is poor.Then based on the problems found to make specific optimization.Then,through the analysis of the related factors that affect inventory management,classify raw materials as three kinds based on the lead time and annual demand value,then adopt the strategy of one-to-one order respectively,namely the continuous inventory of fixed-point quantitative(Q,R)strategy,periodic inventory(T,S)inventory of mandatory order strategy and non-mandatory order of periodic inventory strategy(T,S,S).In view of the safety stock setting experience problems,have explained three kinds of methods to count the safety stock.Finally,aiming at the problem of information communication,proposal W company set up integrated information management system,and use the UML modeling tools of VISIO to make a simple instruction.At the same time,explain on the auxiliary measures for optimization scheme.This paper has a certain reference significance on raw materials inventory management optimization for auto parts manufacturing enterprise.
