| With the rise of EPC general contracting mode,more and more scholars have studied its model,among which construction logistics cost is one of the hot spots and difficulties in the industry.The EPC model is generally signed in the form of a fixed-price contract,which gives the general contractor more control over the project but also bears the same risks.To maximize efficiency,general contractors must control construction costs.Among the construction costs,construction logistics costs are the most easily overlooked and have a greater impact on the project,especially under prefabricated building projects.Due to the construction characteristics of prefabricated buildings,the cost of materials and equipment to be transported is more difficult to control than that of ordinary projects,and there are great transportation risks.In this case,the general contractor choosing a suitable third-party logistics provider becomes an effective way to solve these problems.However,at present,the comprehensive strength of domestic third-party logistics providers is uneven,and at the same time,there is a lack of a perfect third-party logistics provider selection evaluation system,which has buried hidden dangers for the cooperation between general contractors and third-party logistics providers.Based on this,based on the perspective of the general contractor,this paper focuses on the evaluation of third-party logistics selection in the EPC mode of prefabricated buildings,and provides some help for the general contractor’s decision-making on the selection and evaluation of third-party logistics providers.Firstly,according to the literature research method,based on the evaluation index system of third-party logistics provider selection researched by scholars,it is sorted out and analyzed,and the index that is generally recognized as suitable as the selection and evaluation of third-party logistics suppliers is taken as the general evaluation index.Then,according to the analysis of the characteristics of the construction logistics activities of prefabricated buildings under the EPC mode,the particularity evaluation index is constructed.The initial selection evaluation index set of third-party logistics suppliers is constructed from the general evaluation index and the special evaluation index.Secondly,according to the research,the initial selection evaluation index set of third-party logistics providers is screened by the fuzzy Delphi method to eliminate the selection evaluation indicators with low influence,and finally form the third-party logistics supplier selection evaluation index system under the EPC model,and score by formulating grade score explanations for quantitative indicators and qualitative indicators,so as to increase the operability of EPC general contractor for the selection and evaluation of third-party logistics providers.Finally,based on the evaluation index of third-party logistics provider selection under EPC mode obtained by research,the mathematical model combining entropy weight theory and gray correlation analysis is used to comprehensively evaluate the relevance of alternative third-party logistics suppliers by combining the case of selecting third-party logistics providers in EPC mode by combining prefabricated buildings,and finally provide a decision-making basis for EPC general contractors to select the best third-party logistics suppliers according to the correlation degree. |
