| Gizan drainage EPC project is based on the Urban and Rural Affairs of Gizan for owners and China Railway nine Bureau for the general contractor.As the project has a long construction period,a wide range of coverage,a variety of logistics risk and high probability of occurrence,it is difficult to carry out logistics risk management.At the same time,logistics,as the "third profit source" for enterprises to seek profits,is being paid more attention to by general contractors.From the point of view of the general contractor,as outsourcing logistics and transportation activities to third party logistics,general contractor can not control the logistics and transportation status,so logistics outsourcing risk may occur.Therefore,the general contractor must carry out effective risk management measures for the project logistics to deal with the logistics risks that may occur during the construction process,which will ensure the successful completion of the project.In this paper,through in-depth study on the project risk management theory and logistics service characteristics,summed up the following main contents: first,using the expert scoring method and Delphi method to do the logistics risk identification,the paper formed a logistics risk identification list which included policy risk,management risk,risk of logistics supplier and so on.Second,AHP method and expert entropy method is obtained to get the weight of logistics risk factors which is more objective value,and then evaluated the logistics risk level of Gizan drainage projects using grey clustering algorithm.Third,according to the possible logistics risk of Gizan drainage EPC project,this paper puts forward specific measures of logistics risk.Through the research of logistics risk management of Gizan drainage EPC project,we puts forward a set of evaluation for the risk level and logistics risk measures.I hope that the results of this study will be of some reference significance to the overseas EPC project logistics risk management. |
