| In China,mileage of expressway has being increasing continuously.The function expansion and benefit promotion of expressway service area would form a new benefit resource.At the same time,the third-party logistics has entered an upward period of development.Reasonable location selections of expressway service areas,which are suitable for the development of 3rd-party logistics,is conductive to giving full play to the public welfare nature of service areas,realizing the strategic transformation of transportation and promote the development of logistics industry.Taking Henan Expressway Service Area as the research object,using the compound weight location model based on the maximum entropy method and the principal component evaluation method,and establishes an index system to select and evaluate the existing expressway service area,so as to determine the target service area suitable for the development of third party logistics.Based on the actual situation of economy,logistics development and logistics demand,5 first-level indicators and 12 second-level location indicators are determined by expert survey method.Comparing with the common methods of site selection and evaluation,the maximum entropy method and principal component analysis method are chosen.Because of the large number of nature service areas,according to whether the attraction area covers a city within 20 km,71 service areas are selected among 106 existed service areas in Henan province(excluding parking lots).Considering the scale of developing logistics,41 service areas are selected among 71 service areas.12 second-level indexes of 41 service areas are synthetically calculated by maximum entropy method combined with expert judgment.Principal component analysis of 41 service areas was carried out by SPSS.The comprehensive scores of location selection and evaluation are sorted separately,and 16 service areas which are overlapped in the first 20 service areas of the two sequences are selected as target service areas,and they are identified as the first batch of service areas to develop third-party logistics,and the logistics development grades of the target service areas are unified planned by the cities where they are located.Now Zhengzhou East Expressway Service Area has developed logistics business,it belongs to one of the target service areas,this shows that the planed target service area has certain rationality. |
