Research On The Financial Sharing Model Of H Company Under The Digital Background

In the era of digital economy,with rapid iteration of digital technology,enterprises face both opportunities and challenges in digital transformation and development.As an important functional department of the enterprise,the financial department should become the key link of the success or failure of the enterprise digital strategy.In order to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises,more and more large enterprises open the application of financial sharing mode.As the development of domestic financial sharing mode is still in the exploratory stage,the development strategy,organizational structure and other problems are exposed when enterprises carry out financial sharing service mode.The case enterprise H company selected in this paper is one of the earliest manufacturing enterprises in our country to implement financial sharing service mode.By case analysis,the overall status quo of digital transformation and financial sharing digitalization of H company are sorted out,the characteristics of the financial sharing mode of H company are analyzed,and the problems existing in the background of digitalization are summarized,such as the low degree of financial strategy matching,the relative lack of flexibility of organizational structure,the low degree of integration of industry and finance,and the shortage of financial digitalization talents.The reason for the above problems is that the current financial sharing mode of H company can not meet its own requirements,so it needs to be optimized.Based on the relevant theories of financial digitalization transformation,the digitalization elements of financial sharing and the selection of financial sharing mode,this paper summarizes the optimization ideas of H Company’s financial sharing service center,and puts forward the following optimization paths specifically: digitalization of information system,digitalization of process system and digitalization of operation management.It is expected that the study of this paper can bring new ideas to large enterprises that need to optimize financial sharing mode and smoothly realize financial digital transformation.
