Case Study On Financial Sharing Service Of Haier Group

As the tide of economic globalization rolls in,transnational enterprises are increasing day by day in the world.For the sake of altering the existing circumstances of high-cost and reduced efficiency of financial management which due to the expansion of enterprise size and the increase of branches,many large enterprise groups in China began to introduce financial shared service centers.However,the idea of FSSC’s introduction in China was late and is still in the stage of development.Only some large enterprise groups are pursuing and in atest run on the concept,but it has not reached the extent of comprehensive popularization in large enterprise groups,especially for translational enterprises.And many enterprise groups have encountered a series of problems in the trial implementation.Cracking the shortcomings of the current financial sharing service model will contribute to promoting and applying financial sharing service in more enterprise groups in China.Basing on the achievement of FSSC,this article applies modern information technology and financial management principles,combines the researches of case study and normative researches,and conducts a case study on the problem of enterprise group financial sharing service center.Three different key points forms the FSSC content : the first point based on theoretical analysis,which originates from the management process reengineering,the impact of big data on finance and the financial sharing of large enterprise groups to analyze and sum up the studying data at home and abroad;The second part is a case study,which introduces the development process,organizational structure and operation mechanism of Haier Group’s financial sharing service,analyzes the financial data of Haier Group,and finally evaluates the implementation effect of Haier Group’s financial sharing service based on the above analysis results.The last point is the solution and advices that is,through the analysis and summary of the above two parts,proposing advices and solutions on the problems that may be encountered in the construction of financial sharing service for large enterprise groups in China.This paper mainly through the enterprise group financial sharing service case study of Haier,draw certain viewpoints and conclusions: financial sharing service center can help improve the enterprise organizational structure,reduce operating costs,improve the level of financial management;However,the specific implementation of financial sharing service center also has some difficulties: how to coordinate the relationship between various departments,how to apply systematic methods to comb out business processes and how to improve quality of companies’ management structure.
