| With the sustained and rapid development of China’s economy,the construction industry,as an important material foundation for the production and life of the people,is also keeping up with the times and thriving.This poses new challenges for construction and development enterprises as owners.Their management models,systems,and concepts need to be updated and developed simultaneously,and high-quality projects that meet the requirements of the current era need to be created through internal improvement and development of management.As the overall organizer,planner,coordinator,and manager of construction projects,the owner should attach importance to the process management of the entire life cycle of the construction project,leverage their own advantages,identify and solve problems that arise during the process,continuously improve project management level,continuously improve building quality and economic benefits,and create high-quality projects.XX Enterprise,as a state-owned capital operation(platform)company responsible for the development and construction of the Free Trade Zone located within the functional area of the development zone,plays a crucial role as a leading force in the development and construction of the region.Since its establishment,the enterprise has made certain contributions to the development of the region,but faces problems such as inadequate management mechanisms in its project management,resulting in unsatisfactory project management,There is an urgent need to explore and solve the problems that exist in its project management process.This article takes the second phase project of XX Enterprise Free Trade Zone Cultural and Creative Industry Park as an example to conduct a systematic study of the process of enterprise project management in each stage,and explore the related optimization issues of the project lifecycle management process.The paper adopts case study and literature research methods,mainly starting from the domestic and international research trends of construction project management,elaborates on the relevant concepts and theories of project management,and takes the second phase of the enterprise’s free trade zone cultural and creative industry park project as an example to explore and analyze the current situation and various problems of enterprise project management.After analyzing the problems in the project,the reasons for their occurrence are identified,And targeted project management process optimization plans have been proposed for XX enterprise,while implementing guarantee measures for project management process optimization plans,in order to improve the project management level of XX enterprise and provide guidance and reference for project management of similar construction projects in the industry.Research suggests that the main problems in the project management process of XX enterprise are insufficient analysis and argumentation of project development in the decision-making stage,insufficient control of project implementation in the implementation stage,and insufficient understanding of project operation in the use stage;Through analysis and research,it is found that the main reasons for this problem are unclear departmental responsibilities and job responsibilities during the decision-making stage,non-standard quality control during the implementation stage,and inadequate employee management during the use stage.The paper constructs an optimization plan for the project management process of XX Enterprise from three aspects: clarifying departmental responsibilities and job responsibilities,dynamically managing personnel,simplifying management processes,and standardizing them.Corresponding implementation measures for the optimization plan are proposed from the aspects of improving the project management system,improving assessment standards,and improving the quality of project managers.The implementation effectiveness of the optimization plan for the project management process shows that the optimization plan has significantly improved work efficiency and quality,with significant results.This study has certain practical reference value for improving the management level of the owner’s engineering construction project and promoting the high-quality development of engineering construction. |
