Research On The Design Of Unit Aged Space In Hainan Urban Community

According to the "China Statistical Bulletin on the Development of the Ageing Cause" data shows that the proportion of elderly "empty nest families" in urban communities in China is as high as 49.7%,and the average disability rate of the elderly in Hainan is higher than the national average of 0.8%.Based on the aging trend of Hainan city,this study analyzes the spatial demand from the characteristics of the elderly group,and integrates the suitability of the elderly into the urban community space of Hainan through research methods such as literature review,on-site investigation,model demonstration method and design practice,combined with the concept of "unit-type" design.Through the current situation of ageability in urban communities in Hainan,this study analyzes the current problem of spatial ageability,and puts forward diversified community pension design strategies.Aiming at the problems of "aging" spatial layout,"chaos" of traffic flow,"blank" design suitable for the elderly,and "fault" of cultural context in urban communities in Hainan,the optimization design principle of "regionalization,flexibility,regionalization,and medicalization" is proposed,and the "self-organization model" of the community is transformed into the "community comprehensive service model" in combination with specific cases,and the flexible spatial configuration is explored by integrating the unit-type space optimization method,and the research is mainly practiced from three aspects: First,the use of the centralized landscape of Hainan urban community to assist the internal space of elderly care services.Plan all kinds of supporting facilities in the community,and the building form is based on centralized apartments;Second,the design idea of unit-type age-appropriate space is proposed,and the space is rearranged and divided,and the space function requirements are combined by multiple unit modules,and the "unit-type" means are used to improve the efficiency of medical services and expand the scope of nursing vision of the center.Third,the balance,convenience,standardization and culture of the age-appropriate space are designed and positioned,the environmental quality of the living space of the elderly is improved under the premise of age-appropriateness,the regional cultural elements are transformed into the highlights of the space,the local characteristics of Hainan are displayed,and the spatial standardization of the unit-type age-appropriate space in life care,medical care,spiritual comfort,emergency rescue and other elderly care needs is promoted,so as to achieve the practical application of the age-friendly nature of Hainan urban communities.
