The Evaluation Of Township Ageability From The Perspective Of Urban-rural Integration

Under the aging society,Under the aging society,the pension problems in urban and rural areas are prominent and the demand for pension is increasing.At present,the domestic pension practice separates urban communities from rural communities and discusses them separately.However,in the current situation of increasing social mobility,more and more elderly people are willing to choose villages and towns as their retirement places in order to seek a balance between the quality of life and the cost of living.The old people living in cities have a strong desire to go to the countryside due to their demand for activity space and pursuit of ecological environment,while the old people living in the countryside have an obvious tendency to go to the countryside to live under the comprehensive consideration of the education of children of the next generation and the living cost.In the practice of old-age care in various towns and villages,China has begun to explore the old-age service system of urban-rural integrated development.However,there is still a lack of relevant research on specific urban-rural integrated old-age care space choice.Therefore,it is necessary to discuss the spatial aged fitness of towns and villages,and construct an evaluation system for the aged fitness of towns and villages based on the integration of urban and rural areas,in order to provide reference for the spatial selection and construction of the development of the urban-rural integrated elderly care service system.This paper analyzes the township pension system from the perspective of urban-rural integration,and carries out research on the construction of an evaluation system and empirical application of the oldage suitability of township space.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Explore the construction of pension system from the perspective of urban-rural integration.Make the complementarity of urban and rural resources as the driving force for their development;The personnel reconfiguration of the pension community is the basic feature of the township pension.Demand characteristics of different aged groups.This paper summarizes the problems faced by the development of the urban-rural integrated pension system,including the heterogeneity of the elderly population,the organizational relationship of the pension system construction and the choice of spatial location(2)Clarifying the core meaning of the evaluation of rural and township old-age adequacy from the perspective of urban-rural integration.Summarize the integration mechanism,organization mechanism and spatial evolution mechanism of the township pension service system.It is clear that the core idea is to guide the selection of the evaluation index of the agedness of the township by taking the agedness resources of the township itself and the accessibility of urban and rural areas as the main basis.(3)Build a universal index system.Based on the comprehensive consideration of the existing relevant pension standards,the actual demand for pension and the integrated development of urban and rural areas,23 evaluation factors were screened out under the four indexes of economic and social environment,living environment,facilities environment and urban and rural accessibility,which basically covered all aspects of the development of rural pension.It can be widely used in the evaluation of the agedness of towns and villages.(4)Verify the feasibility and practical value of the index system.Based on the evaluation of agedness,the towns in Yangzhou are divided into agedness type,relatively agedness type and generally agedness type.From the perspective of the overall situation of Yangzhou City,the southern towns have a higher age-appropriate status,among which Shuangqiao Township,Tangwang Township and Xianxiai Township are the main ones,while other cities and counties in the region do not show obvious clustering characteristics.The villages and towns suitable for the elderly are scattered and most of them are the villages and towns where the government is located.The distribution of the more suitable for the elderly and the integration.This paper analyzes the feasibility,characteristics and problems of the old-age pension system integrating urban and rural areas.The fourth chapter,the characteristics and development mechanism of spatial aging of towns and villages.The characteristics of the village space and the mechanism of aging are analyzed.The fifth chapter,the construction of the evaluation index of the age-appropriate of the township.Determine the principle of index construction,and build the relevant evaluation index for reference and make indicator description.Chapter six,empirical analysis.Taking
