With the rapid development of Io T,Internet of Things,algorithms and big data,smart products have become the focus of many technology companies.It not only greatly improves the intelligence level of human society,but also changes our daily life.At the same time,as people’s income and consumption levels continue to increase,consumers’ demand for smart products has been accelerated,and the smart product industry has maintained a high-speed development trend in recent years,and market sales have also shown explosive growth.Even with the continuous emergence of new technologies,there are still serious problems of homogeneity in the smart product market.This situation has made competition more intense,making it difficult for companies to gain unique competitive advantages through technological innovation.As one of the many smart product R&D companies,how to meet the growing consumer demand,enhance brand awareness and expand market share in the fierce market competition internal and external environment has become an important problem that the company urgently needs to solve.This topic takes M enterprise as the object,through a large number of literature research,on the basis of sorting out the characteristics of intelligent products,planning connotation,and the essence of intelligent product design,and with the help of grounded theory analysis,explores the direction of enterprise’s future intelligent product planning,and proposes relevant design solutions,in order to provide inspiration and ideas for future product development and layout of related companies.First of all,on the basis of theoretical research,this subject uses literature analysis method and case analysis method to analyze the internal and external environment and enterprise status of M enterprise in detail.Secondly,the subject uses semi-structured interviews to collect data from three levels: user needs,industry development,and M enterprises themselves,and analyzes the collected content through grounded theory to explore factors that affect smart product planning,including product intelligence,interactive experience,product scenarios,product relevance,product autonomy,etc.On this basis,the topic proposes that M enterprise’s future smart products should focus on planning and layout in the fields of product scenarios,product innovation characteristics,product user characteristics,and product marketing strategies.Finally,this topic takes the smart products of M company in the next three years as an example to carry out practical exploration,and evaluates the practical plan.The results show that the M enterprise intelligent product planning and design method explored in this subject is effective,practical and instructive.This study discusses product planning issues from the perspective of synergistic integration of design and technology,which changes the traditional product development thinking of technological innovation first and then design transformation.This study adopts grounded theory as a research method,aiming to analyze from multiple dimensions such as users,industries,and enterprises,avoiding the previous research and development methods that only focus on a single level or blindly follow the trend.Through a comprehensive and comprehensive analysis,this study helps smart product companies to clarify the direction of product development,improve product user stickiness and market competitiveness,and provides an important direction and basis for the sustainable development and innovation of enterprises.
