Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Landscaping Management In Huai’an City

Landscaping,as an important part of urban infrastructure,plays a very important role in urban construction.Under the background of the national strategy of vigorously developing ecological civilization construction,the concept of green development has become more and more popular,and more and more people have started to enjoy green and pursue green.In recent years,Huai’an City has actively responded to the call of the state to attach importance to ecological construction,and the investment in urban landscaping has been greatly improved,and the greening coverage rate has increased year by year,but the new situation in the new period has put forward higher requirements for the quality of landscaping,and the management of landscaping is facing greater challenges and there are many places that need improvement.This thesis first gives a brief introduction to the background,significance,research review,research ideas and methods of the article study,and compose Related Concepts and theoretical basis of landscaping.Then,starting from the current situation of landscaping management in Huai’an City,we conduct an in-depth study on the current situation of work through interviews,data review,field research,etc.,and analyze the problems existing in the management process: unclear management responsibilities and powers cross;tight and unbalanced greening land;green space management and maintenance level needs to be improved;frequent incidents of green occupation and destruction.And to analyze the causes of these problems,both garden management mechanism is not sound;garden refinement management is not in place;social participation mechanism is not perfect;garden planning is not scientific;The efficiency of landscape greening law enforcement is not high,followed by the introduction of some regions at home and abroad gardening management experience,and finally on the basis of learning and studying,while combining Huaian City’s regional characteristics,natural humanities,culture and other factors,around Based on scientific long-term planning,constantly improve the effectiveness of landscaping;Optimize the management mechanism of landscaping and greening;solidly promote the pace of urban garden refinement management;Strengthening the Legal Protection of Landscape Greening four aspects of management countermeasures to meet the actual development of Huai’an garden.
