On Landscaping Management—a Case Study Of Landscaping Project In Xiaozhi Town Pingyin County

With the rapid development of China’s social economy,the whole country set off the upsurge of building a landscape garden city.Moreover,the garden engineering gradually aroused widespread society’s concern and attention.Thus,it provides a good opportunity for the development of the industry.How to do a good job of landscaping project management as well as improve the quality of construction is very important.On the basis of this,the present article from the level of comprehensive management of garden projects,and uses the latest scientific management theory knowledge and methods,it carried out the thinking and research from the management level.Landscaping project is the extension of landscape design and implementation.Through the rational use of garden construction technique,we can put the garden project management as a systematic complete research object,to conduct scientific management.In the whole process of construction management,the management of garden project is divided into two aspects: cost management,schedule control,quality assurance and management of project management,from the view of project management requirements and construction technical specifications,together with administrative management theory,market industry status and enterprise self management as well as risk management to summarize and analyze.Combined with theoretical research and practical investigation,we can refine the management system,which can achieve the garden project "five in one",so that it can serve the human life,regulate the natural ecology as well as enhance the social development.The present article analyzes and summarizes the cases of the station landscaping project of filial piety town in Pingyin County.Furthermore,it also investigates the methods and measures in garden project management.The paper mainly introduces the following aspects: the management model of "one position,two angles,three levels,four elements of synchronization,five in one",this research mainly draws the following conclusion onmanaging the system of "responsibility,process,system,standard,assessment" :1,through carrying out the study on the national development planning and landscape engineering project management theory,we clear the positioning of garden engineering management,and raise the construction of garden engineering management system and quality management requirements.2,from the project management requirements and construction management standards to use the quality,schedule,cost and risk these four main elements as the starting point to regulate the construction of garden management tasks and the according achieving way.3,together with government management,social development requirements and corporate management of their own three levels,we should clear the management responsibilities,innovate the management processes,accurate the interpretation system,improve the standard construction as well as accelerate the assessment landing.
