Quality is the life of an enterprise,and the base of enterprise developing in market.The quality of products determines the life of products and determines the destiny of the development of enterprises.No quality will lose market and will have no development.Vehicle quality is an important factor for end-users to purchase,while the quality of auto parts is a determinant of vehicle quality.Therefore,under the changing environment,it is urgent for auto parts enterprises to reform the quality management strategy,improve the quality performance of their products and maintain strong competitiveness.In the past theoretical research and part of the practice in the industry,preventive quality management has been proved to be a more suitable management means,it is through the construction of preventive quality management system,the use of preventive measures to improve the quality management level of the enterprise,has a very important significance for the automobile and auto parts enterprises.This paper has F Auto Parts Company as the research object.F Company is the China branch of F Group Company.F Group Company is one of the world’s largest suppliers of automobile sunroof systems,which integrated businesses of R&D,production,sales and after-sales service.Under current cost-competitive condition,which adopt varieties of cost reduction measures to improve its cost-competitive,be representative in auto parts enterprises.The author consulted many literature and network resources,together with internal and external environment analysis of F Company,from the management concept to the management system process,then to the management method,and finally management tools,to analyze the quality management problems and causes,and specific suggestions are proposed.F Company has made some achievements in preventive quality management in the past,but there are many problems including low efficiency of quality management,quality management emphasis on results instead of process,insufficient implementation of continuous improvement,etc.To optimize F Company’s preventive quality management strategy,this paper proposes to optimize performance management and incentive to maximize people’s subjective initiative,strengthen project process management and standardize quality control system to ensure the effectiveness of process,strengthen continuous improvement and establish technical experts group to enhance the company’s technical capability,set up task force team to cope with cost reduction changes.
