| This paper takes the plain area and the near mountain area in the west of Beijing as the geographical scope,and on the basis of tracing back to the historical culture and background,the existing village dwellings from the Ming and Qing dynasties as the research object,studies its development background,influencing factors,monomer changes,and evolution logic,and attempts to put forward the development strategies and effective suggestions of village dwellings under the background of urbanization process through a series of analysis.It is mainly divided into the following parts:The introduction mainly provides theoretical and methodological support for research work.The second to fifth chapters,as the theme of the thesis,analyze and summarize the evolution and development strategies of the village houses in the west of Beijing,from understanding the background to investigating the construction of the houses to analyzing the evolution process,and finally put forward the development strategies.Chapters 2 to 5 analyze the above four steps in detail.The second chapter analyzes the development background and influencing factors of village dwellings in Beijing,sorts out four aspects of Beijing’s geographical basis,social and cultural background,urbanization construction,and policy intervention,and sorts out various historical conditions for the formation of local village dwellings.The third chapter is the collation and analysis of the data on the construction of rural residential buildings in the west of Beijing,explains the premise and scope of the selection of the survey objects,and combs and describes the basic data of the residents,the use of buildings,the construction process,the spatial form,the functional layout,and the interior decoration of the survey residential buildings obtained through the field survey method.The fourth chapter analyzes the evolution of the village dwellings in the west of Beijing,including the analysis of the dwellings and the evolution logic.First of all,it clarifies the multi-angle residential analysis method,and analyzes the investigated objects from three aspects of time distribution,space type and construction structure,and then summarizes the formation rules of the above three aspects.Secondly,based on the above analysis of residential houses,this paper analyzes the evolution logic of residential development and summarizes the evolution process of family life change,village industry change,urban construction and development,and cultural values change.The fifth chapter proposes relevant strategies for the development of rural dwellings in the west of Beijing,including three parts: principles,strategies,and specific measures.It analyzes the five aspects of human settlements,architecture,industry,economy,and culture,and proposes relevant strategies for each aspect,and applies them to the villages in the west of Beijing.The sixth chapter summarizes the conclusion and prospects for the future of the full text.The future development of folk houses and villages will be accompanied by opportunities and challenges.Through field investigation of 84 residential objects,and detailed records of surveying and mapping interviews with 9 survey objects,this paper establishes the relationship between the plain area and the mountain area in the west of Beijing from individual to the whole,from micro to macro,summarizes its evolution history,and analyzes its development logic,and puts forward relevant strategies for the development and construction of rural residential buildings in the future under the background of urbanization. |
