The Suitable Renewing Strategies Research Of The Dwellings In Huiyu Village,Shangluo

Under the background of the new urbanization,the opportunities and challenges coexist in rural construction development.Several issues appeared in the process of rural development,such as regional culture characteristics disappearing,rural space in chaos.These issues finally lead to plenty of rural features fading away.Therefore,seeking the suitable avenue and approach are the important content for achieving sustainable development in village.The thesis will focus on Huiyu village as the case study to research.It will be a positive trial to achieve renewal goal in rural suitability,which can provide a referential method for the renewal of vernacular buildings in Southern Shaanxi.The thesis is divided into three sections.The first section(chapter 1)is about theoretical research.It concludes the brief of the research background and research content,which forms the premise of this thesis and analytical framework of rural renewal historical and current condition in Shangluo area.The section section(chapter 2-3)is basic researching process.it involves in different aspects of regional background,basic information,space morphology,and the existing vernacular buildings through investigation,analysis,and summary of existing problems.The third section(chapter 4-5)is the main part.Based on Huiyu village,it provides renewal suitable strategy in the perspective of "Regional Gene",the vernacular construing system.Specifically,chapter 4 is about the exacting and recognizing on "Regional Gene" and then supply suitable developing strategy by nursing "Regional Gene" as an approach.One side,this way tends to optimize the natural ecological space,living space and industrial space.On the other side,it reorganizes and integrates the "Regional Gene" and provides relevant renewal coping strategy in four aspects,the environment,the culture,economical technology,and energy reuse.Chapter 5 is to analyze the design approach of the vernacular suitability.Based on the induction of vernacular buildings' prototype,It uses the "Prototype&Adjustment" as a new way to design and analyze two types of living and commercial rural buildings.
