Research On Rural Revitalization Planning Based On Space Production Theory:Take Siqing Village In Langxi County,Anhui Province As An Example

The practice of rural revitalization planning and construction is in full swing throughout China,and it is urgent to explore the scientific theory to guide its implementation.Rural revitalization is comprehensive and involves a wide range of contents,including the whole process of planning,construction and operation.Using ’’ space production theory ’’ to guide rural revitalization planning,in addition to having the ’’ practicality,spatiality,and comprehensiveness ’’ that other theories focus on,it also adds emphasis on ’’ timeliness ’’and ’’ subjectivity ’’.With the help of the concept of " ternary space," this thesis emphasizes the coordination of " planning conception,construction implementation and later operation " to realize spatial justice and make up for the deficiency of traditional guidance ignoring the " whole process." Therefore,the guidance of rural revitalization with space production theory is helpful to grasp the whole process of guidance,so that it is not only a blueprint,but also a precise instrument for continuous operation.Based on the theory of space production,this thesis takes the rural revitalization planning of Siqing Village as the research object,and discusses the strategies and schemes of rural revitalization planning based on the ’’ ternary space ’’,aiming to provide some guidance for the practice of rural revitalization planning in China.The main research results are as follows :(1)The world outlook and methodology of Lefebvre ’s space production theory are systematically summarized,and the ’’ ternary space ’’ is used as the entry point to guide the rural revitalization plan.(2)Taking Siqing Village as the research object,using the theory of space production,its development process is divided into three stages : ’’ endogenous drive,market drive and top-down ’’.The corresponding analysis of ’’ ternary space-space representation,space practice,representation space ’’ and Siqing Village ’’ planning scheme,construction implementation and daily operation ’’ is carried out.(3)Through the research,it is found that although Siqing Village has problems such as weak production foundation,single industry and insufficient development potential,it is rich in forest land resources,which provides a good spatial material basis for the development of forestry and tourism.Based on the revelation of spatial problems by spatial production theory,this thesis predicts the possible problems of lack of spatial justice,spatial homogenization,excessive consumption and lack of rural autonomy in Siqing Village under the background of rural revitalization.(4)In the planning practice,we should respect the revitalization demands of ’’government,enterprises,villagers,tourists ’’ and other multi-subjects,and put forward ’’scientific revitalization and optimized layout ’’ from the level of ’’ spatial representation,spatial practice and spatial representation ’’.Integration of three industries,resource endowment;coordination relationship,achievement sharing ’ three directions of revitalization strategy.(5)Combined with the current conditions,taking the ’’ ternary space ’’ as the clue,the specific plan of the three stages of ’’ planning conception,construction implementation and daily operation ’’ of the rural revitalization of Siqing Village is formulated.In terms of the representation of the space,the planning and construction plans of the six major districts are refined around the protection and development of mountain forest resources.In the practice of space,it emphasizes multi-subject participation,infrastructure construction,industrial integration,and two-way publicity;in the space of representation,in order to ensure the fit between daily space and planning concept,it is necessary to establish a balanced relationship between rural subjects.
