| Prefabricated building is a new construction method, which is often used in housing construction in developed countries such as Europe and the United States. This construction mode is a construction mode in which prefabricated parts required for construction are uniformly produced in the factory and then transported to the construction site for assembly. With the continuous promotion of urbanization in China, prefabricated buildings have gradually come into the public’s view in recent years.Because of its advantages of saving resources, shortening the construction period, better performance, and fully in line with the current global green development trend,China has also issued many promotion policies for the development of prefabricated buildings, resulting in its rapid development in China. However, because it is in the development stage, many design, production, construction and other related technical specifications are still immature, and there are problems such as the mutual disharmony of various stages.Applying EPC mode to prefabricated buildings can well solve these problems. Its design-purchase-construction integrated contracting mode can well correspond to the integrated construction of prefabricated buildings,so it is an inevitable choice to apply EPC mode to prefabricated buildings. However, there are still many obstacles to combine the two, among which risk management is an important factor. At present, there is relatively little research on risk management of EPC prefabricated buildings in China. In order to make the EPC prefabricated buildings continue to develop rapidly in China,it is of great significance to solve its risk management. This paper firstly introduces the research background of risk management of EPC mode assembled buildings and discusses its development status at home and abroad from the research literature at home and abroad.Secondly,it explains the differences and characteristics of the EPC model from traditional construction and traditional contracting models, and establishes a risk evaluation system for the EPC model of assembled buildings by combining the literature review method and the Delphi method. On the basis of the risk evaluation system, the AHP Fuzzy Comprehensive Analysis Method and the six-dimensional unbalanced efficacy function are used to construct a risk evaluation model for EPC assembled buildings, and a comprehensive qualitative and quantitative analysis is carried out. Finally, the model is applied to the analysis of actual cases to obtain the final evaluation results.Through the application of the model,it is proved that the model has certain scientific and practicality, and provides certain reference value for the development of EPC mode assembled buildings. |
