Because of large investment,long construction period,complex technology,numerous participation and many unpredictable factors in engineering, so construction project is a career which has high risks. Each participation of construction project is faced with every kind of risk. If do not prevent, it probably will increase the cost of construction, effect the construction go on wheels, even will result in severe sequel. This paper Explores the characteristics of construction project, and analyses the main processes of construction project risk management—risk identification,risk analysis and assessment,risk control and decision-making, set up a project risk management system model, and separately make a detailed study on every elements of system. Article discussed in detail the analysis of project risks and a number of ways, and use examples of Monte Carlo simulation method of proof at the Tender Offer Risk Analysis. Finally, through use a method of Risk analysis-Analytic Hierarchical Model(AHM) to make a risk analysis of entire process of PhaseⅠof a building synthesis of cities project in hefei. And made effective risk control measures for making construction plan, Also proving the effectiveness of the risk analysis system, as well as the practicality of the analytic hierarchy model (AHM) Risk analysis in engineering practicality.
