| In the development of China’s national economy,the construction industry,as the backbone,has played a key role in stimulating economic growth for a long time.However,in recent years,with the gradual slowdown of the growth momentum of the total output value of the construction industry,the risks faced by the construction industry are also gradually increasing.In addition to policy risks,the construction industry also faces market risks,industry risks and so on.In the current environment of the construction industry,cast-in-place concrete buildings are currently the mainstream buildings in the construction industry.This construction mode includes a large number of traditional construction processes,such as binding steel bars.This process not only wastes a lot of resources,but also causes environmental pollution.This construction method not only does not meet the current "double carbon" development requirements,but also hinders the transformation and development of the construction industry.As a new type of building,prefabricated building can not only improve the construction efficiency in an all-round and multi-level way,but also realize green building.With the continuous development of prefabricated buildings,a large number of problems have been exposed,especially in the construction.Therefore,the construction risk of prefabricated buildings must be studied in detail.In this paper,the construction risk of prefabricated buildings is selected as the research objective,and the methods such as literature research method,Delphi method,triangular fuzzy number,analytic hierarchy process and grey clustering algorithm are used to carry out the research.Firstly,the research background,significance and research status at home and abroad are described;Secondly,the related theories of risk assessment of prefabricated building construction are summarized to lay a theoretical foundation for the following research;Moreover,using the literature research method to identify the preliminary list of construction risks of prefabricated buildings,using the principal component analysis method to screen the indicators,and establish the risk evaluation system of prefabricated building construction;Thirdly,the analytic hierarchy process is used to calculate the index weight,and the grey clustering algorithm is used to build the evaluation model.Finally,taking a fabricated project as an example,the analytic hierarchy process is used to determine the index weight,and the constructed model is used to evaluate the project,and the specific risk value of each construction risk index is obtained.According to the comprehensive risk evaluation scores,the construction risks of a fabricated project are ranked as follows: A4 construction safety risk(6.325)>a1quality risk(5.593)>a3 construction progress risk(5.211)>a5 construction technology and environment risk(5.095)>a2 construction cost risk(4.553).According to the evaluation results,combined with the actual situation,targeted risk response strategies are put forward.It is hoped that this paper can provide a reference for the construction risk management and control of a prefabricated project and provide a theoretical reference for other similar projects to control construction risks. |
