Research On The Architectural Planning Of Boutique Hotels Based On Low-carbon Concept

In the context of the domestic "double carbon" environment,the 14 th Five-Year Plan proposes to further promote the low-carbon transition in industry,construction and transportation.Carbon reduction in the construction sector is the key link to achieve the goal of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality in China,so it is worth studying and analyzing how to achieve low-carbon development in the construction sector.Along with the overall stabilization and improvement of the national economy,the increase of national spiritual needs and the development of tourism in full swing,hotel buildings are faced with the problem of how to cope with high carbon emissions.In recent years,the rapid development of boutique hotels has emerged,and the situation of "luxury" construction and high cost operation and maintenance.Based on such a situation,the concept of low carbon is implanted in boutique hotels,and the architectural planning method is used to carry out low carbon and energy-saving oriented boutique hotel planning in order to promote the transformation of boutique hotels into low carbon and energy-saving.The article takes Zhuang Weimin’s seven-step architectural planning method as the research method of the topic,combines the cognition of low-carbon concept boutique hotels and the analysis of the applicability of architectural planning,and develops the research on the planning of boutique hotels under the low-carbon concept,so as to promote the low-carbon concept boutique hotels from planning and design to the operation of the whole life cycle of low-carbon energy-saving operation.Firstly,the article analyzes the applicability of architectural planning of boutique hotels under the low-carbon concept through the theoretical study of architectural planning and low-carbon concept boutique hotels,constructs the architectural planning procedure of low-carbon concept boutique hotels,specifically unfolds and analyzes each step to provide guidance for the next planning;secondly,in the pre-condition survey,through the form of excellent case field research and SD semantic questionnaire,summarizes and analyzes the boutique Secondly,in the pre-conditions survey,the existing problems of boutique hotels are summarized and analyzed through field research of excellent cases and SD semantic questionnaires,and the low carbon impact elements of boutique hotels are constructed.Finally,the important impact elements under the low-carbon energy-saving goal combined with the design characteristics of boutique hotels are further planned in depth,and the important impact elements of boutique hotels under the low-carbon concept are summarized to guide the planning application of Indigo boutique hotels in Changchun.
