Global climate change has brought about a series of problems such as deterioration of urban ecological environment,frequent occurrence of extreme weather and threats to the living environment,and as a result,various industries around the world have implemented energy saving and emission reduction strategies to protect the ecological environment.China’s 14 th Five-Year Plan also proposes to actively promote the construction of low-energy and low-emission buildings to promote the achievement of the dual carbon goal.As a high-energy and high-emission building type,commercial streets are gradually gaining attention for their energy-saving and carbon-reducing strategies.The external space of commercial streets connects the urban space and takes on an increasingly important role.With the gradual deterioration of the ecological environment and the gradual rise of people’s needs,a series of problems have emerged in the external space of commercial streets,affecting their sustainable development.The article uses Zhuang Weimin’s "seven-step approach" as the research method,and through the screening of relevant influencing elements,the research of the external space of the special commercial street based on the low-carbon concept is carried out,with a view to guiding the design of the site,street space,interface space,landscape environment and low-carbon energy-saving technology planning in the future construction of the special commercial street.The article firstly studies the theory and connotation of Architectural Programming and exterior space of special commercial street,and analyzes the applicability of low-carbon concept in the exterior space of special commercial street,combines the two to analyze the value of the design of exterior space of special commercial street based on low-carbon concept under the guidance of architectural planning,and thus constructs the architectural planning procedure of this study;Secondly,based on the connotation of green neighbourhood influence elements and the external space of the characteristic commercial street,the general influence elements of the external space of the characteristic commercial street under the low-carbon concept are extracted,and then based on the investigation of excellent cases and the external space of the characteristic commercial street in cold areas,the five influence elements of site selection and planning,street space planning,interface energy-saving design and selection,landscape environment creation,and the use of low-carbon energy-saving technology are identified,and further optimized and improved;Finally,This research was applied to the Changchun Jingyue New Kaiji Ecological Cultural and Tourism Commercial Street project,combining the results of the project survey and user questionnaires to identify the important influencing factors,formulate design requirements and guide the generation of the design scheme for the new Kaijie Commercial Street.
