With the continuous improvement of the people’s living standards,the rapid growth of the tourism industry driven by the tourism industry,and the gradual emergence of the experience economy,people’s needs and selection factors for the hotel industry are constantly changing,and the demand for the spirit level continues to increase.People have an aesthetic fatigue to the traditional standardized Hotel model.Then the development of the hotel industry slowed down,and new hotels such as boutique hotels came into being.They paid more attention to consumers’psychological feelings and experience in the process of staying in the hotel,opening up new hotel industry situations with their individual characteristics.Through online search,it can be found that research on domestic and foreign boutique hotels has gradually increased.Because of its high-end market positioning,boutique hotels are usually located in popular cities or popular tourist areas in developed countries.Therefore,they are often accompanied by abundant natural resources or Historical and cultural heritage,this article focuses on the design of a boutique hotel sited in a traditional built environment,and guides the next actual project:the design project of the Yingmeng Style Water Street Boutique Hotel in Shaoxing,Zhejiang.The main content of the study is:1.Make it clear that the conceptual definition and general characteristics of boutique hotels:mainly differentiate and analyze hotel types with similar concepts,such as theme hotels,design hotels,and luxury hotels,and sort out boutique hotels through numerous case studies.The general features and functional layout.2.Research and Reconstruction of Architectural Language in Traditional Built Environments:The study of local traditional architectural languages in terms of plane composition,structural language,and epidermal materials,and attempts to extract some "prototype"architectural language for reconstruction in design First,through the introduction of traditional architectural features,the design will have a better dialogue with the original environment.Second,the local history and customs can be inherited,leaving visitors with local unique memories.3.Combine with the actual project do reasearch design,combine theory with practice,and perfect each other in the design process.Through case study analysis,Summarizes the characteristics of boutique hotels and the way other hotels which in a special environment are used to reflect local characteristics and to respond to them.Then learning feasible design methods and strategies,according to local traditional architectural features.Aim to provide valuable reference for the development and design of similar boutique hotels in the future.
