Research On The Facade Morphological Characteristics Of The Middle East Railway Historical Buildings In Dalian Section Based On HBIM

The conservation and reuse of domestic modern industrial heritage has received more and more attention,and related research has been carried out gradually,and with the development of technology,the application of digitalization in industrial heritage conservation has gradually become mature.As a large span and linear industrial heritage spanning northeast China,the Middle East Railway carries the historical memory of northeast China and is characterized by rich heritage types and large regional span,but with urban transformation and industrial upgrading,this linear industrial heritage is gradually marginalized and disappears with urban development.Its related conservation and reuse research,especially the application of digital technology,can perpetuate its historical culture,complete the digital transformation,and provide a reference for the conservation of related architectural heritage in other regions.This paper analyzes the fa(?)ade characteristics of the architectural heritage of the Middle East Railway in Dalian,which is the end of the southern branch line and has a more complicated historical background.The architectural fa(?)ade features are the most intuitive manifestation of the development of architectural culture integration.In the context of foreign architectural culture intervention with the laying of the Middle East Railway,the integration of relevant technologies and materials is relatively difficult to achieve,while the change of fa(?)ade decorative elements is the main means of foreign architectural culture integration.The analysis and study of building fa(?)ade features can reflect the connotation and development between architectural cultures,so as to excavate the development connotation of the architectural remains of the Middle East Railway,and try to transform them into digital information and carry out comparative analysis by means of digital technology.The specific research is divided into the following aspects:Firstly,we define the digital technology and HBIM theory,and review the application and development of digital technology in architectural heritage.Sort out the development background of Middle East Railway,related standardized construction mode.The analysis of the development background of the Middle East Railway in Dalian section,the distribution and status of architectural heritage,provides support for the construction and application of the component family library,provides the basis for the study of building fa(?)ade characteristics,and guides the formation of the digital application process.Secondly,based on the phenomenon of standardized construction and modularization,the digital information expression of building fa(?)ade components,the HBIM application process,and the comparative analysis of fa(?)ade decoration symbols under the information of the family database are carried out in combination with the unique architectural fa(?)ade characteristics of the Middle East Railway formed by the integration and development of architectural culture.It provides ideas for the overall combing of architectural remains of the whole Middle East Railway line.Finally,we analyze and sort out the architectural remains of the Middle East Railway in Dalian,study its fa(?)ade characteristics,compare and analyze the architectural features of different stations,and summarize the formation of the modularity phenomenon under standardized construction.Through the historical background of the combing,summarize the connotation and development of architectural culture in the performance of architectural fa(?)ade characteristics.Finally,it summarizes the influence of the culmination and development of architectural culture on the architectural fa(?)ade characteristics of the Middle East Railway in Dalian,and provides basic support for future analysis and research on the architectural remains of the Middle East Railway.
