Research On The Protection And Renewal Design Of Middle East Railway Historic Buildings Based On BIM

In the process of rapid urban development,if historical buildings are not properly protected and updated,the existence of these historic buildings will not only not bring unique development of the city,but also block the process of urbanization.How to properly protect and update historical buildings is a topic worthy of long-term discussion.At present,there are still some problems in the protection of historical buildings in our country,such as old protection ideas,lack of correct value cognition and judgment,and related management needs to be improved.With the characteristics of complex background,wide distribution,large quantity and unique value,the Middle East railway historical buildings are typical linear heritages formed by railways.At present,the government and experts and scholars in different fields have carried out protection and research on them in different aspects,but the research content is rather one-sided,and they are rarely protected and updated as a unified whole.Based on the research of various scholars,it is concluded that the application of digital technology in the protection and renewal of historical railway buildings in the Middle East can make them more effective in protection,renewal,inheritance and development.This paper mainly discusses the introduction of BIM technology into the protection and updating of historical railway buildings in the Middle East,which can input and save relevant information of historical railway buildings in the Middle East,and the application of BIM technology can optimize the protection and updating process and results of historical railway buildings in the Middle East.First of all,based on the concepts related to the preservation and renewal of historical buildings and the overview and analysis of historical railway buildings in the Middle East,this paper introduces BIM technology as a technical medium for the preservation and renewal of historical railway buildings in the Middle East,providing new ideas for the protection of historical railway buildings in the Middle East,and carrying out digital overall protection and renewal of historical railway buildings in the Middle East.The Middle East railway historical building family database was established through BIM 3D model to facilitate model construction and analysis of the Middle East railway historical building decoration construction.The simulation analysis of the Middle East railway historical buildings and the surrounding environment is carried out to improve the scientificity and efficiency of protection and renewal.Based on BIM model,the database of the Middle East railway historical buildings is established to record the relevant information of the Middle East railway historical buildings in detail,which is conducive to the research and analysis of the Middle East railway by people from all walks of life.Through the BIM model establishment of the Middle East Railway Kuancheng historical architectural complex and the investigation and analysis of the surrounding historical status and current situation,BIM model is used as the digitization of architectural information,the simulation of the surrounding environment and the auxiliary design decision,so as to carry out the protection and renewal plan of the Middle East Railway Kuancheng historical architectural complex,and build the new block of Changchun Cultural Tourism with the historical buildings as the carrier.Using BIM as a technical means,historical data can be sorted out more conveniently,the model can carry more relevant information,and the simulation analysis of buildings and surrounding environment can be carried out,which simplifies the workload of the protection and updating of the historical buildings of the Middle East Railway,and enables the historic buildings of the Middle East railway to be protected and updated more efficiently and scientifically from the aspects of their own value,social economy,ecological development and so on.
