Study On The Style And Facade Form Characteristics Of Excellent Office Buildings In Hefei(1949-1989)

As one of the most numerous types of historical buildings in Hefei,the late office buildings not only bear the development clues of Hefei's late and recent buildings,but also reflect the overall appearance of the city and affect the style and aesthetics of the late and recent buildings.Therefore,the research on it can not only help to sort out the context of architectural development,but also play an important role in the protection and utilization of the later historical buildings.This paper takes the office buildings built in Hefei city from 1949 to 1989 as the main body of the study.Through the methods of field investigation,literature research,semantic ontology and case analysis,this paper sorts out the development process and style rules of Hefei's recent historical buildings.The specific contents include: 1.Stage the urban construction process of Hefei from 1949 to 1989,sort out the main architectural styles in this period,and roughly analyze the existing situation of late office buildings.2.Select 15 buildings from Hefei's existing late office buildings,classify them according to their styles,and make a specific analysis of each style of buildings,and summarize their own characteristics.3.The existing 68 office building facades are divided into three parts: composition,structure and decoration,which are analyzed by semantic ontology method to construct the facade description system of Hefei late office buildings,and summarize its formal features and the underlying causes.4.Three typical office buildings are taken as case studies,and the research results are as follows:through the detailed analysis of plane and facade,decoration details and material structure,the typical laws of office buildings in recent years are discussed,and the conclusions are drawn,which can provide basic work for the research of Hefei Office Buildings and provide data for the exploration of historical buildings in Hefei.As an article on the research of Hefei's architectural history,although Hefei has gradually paid attention to the protection of historical buildings and carried out relevant scientific research activities,there are relatively few documents and imperfect policies and regulations.Therefore,the author hopes to establish a certain theoretical knowledge reserve through this paper,so as to provide ideas and ideas for later researchers.
