Study On The Optimization Of Facade Form Of Residential Buildings In Qufu Old Town Form The Perspective Of Cultural Cultural Continuity

The rapid expansion of cities without guidance at the architectural level has led to t he increasingly serious phenomenon of "one side of a thousand cities".The historical co ntext of many cities is constantly weakening,and the context characteristics are difficult to reflect in urban architecture.Qufu,a famous historical and cultural city with special cultural significance,is also facing the renewal and development of the city.As an impo rtant means of building participation in the city,the building facade not only affects the overall style of the city,but also reflects the history and context of the city.More and m ore cities are beginning to realize the importance of building facade form.Among them,residential buildings account for the largest proportion of the total urban buildings and play a very important role in displaying the overall style and features.Taking the ancien t city of Qufu Ming as the research object,it is realistic and necessary to carry out relev ant research on residential building facades based on context continuation.First of all,this paper investigates the facade forms of multi-storey and high-rise re sidential buildings in the old city,and combined with the public survey,puts forward the main problems of the current residential building facade.Secondly,based on the core c arrier of the historical context of Qufu City,the ancient city of Ming Dynasty,the repres entative historical buildings are selected to extract the facade elements by combing and appropriately quantifying,combining with typology,color science and other theoretical disciplines,to summarize the morphological characteristics of the facade of historical b uildings,summarize the expression and characteristics of the cultural elements of Qufu,and extract the cultural value of Qufu.Finally,from theory to specific design strategies,the corresponding optimization principles and design strategies are proposed to achieve the continuity of the context of residential building facades in historical urban areas.Starting from the current situation of Qufu Ancient City of Ming Dynasty.Based o n the multi-storey and high-rise residential buildings in the old city,through field visits,questionnaires,data collection and other methods,the vertical form of residential buildi ngs is summarized from four aspects,namely,the style type of roof,the color and materi al of the facade,the composition of the building facade,and the building details,and the characteristics of the vertical form of residential buildings are systematically analyzed,Look for the problems that lead to the loss of characteristics of the facade form of reside ntial buildings in historical urban areas.Starting from the extraction and sorting of context elements.Analyze the historical buildings in the ancient city of Ming Dynasty,select the representative buildings with hi storical and traditional features,analyze the roof,color and material,detail components,and facade composition,and try to sort out and summarize the relevant types of constru ction elements that are repeated and representative.The roof forms of historical building s and the transformation methods of roof types are analyzed and summarized by using t he theoretical methods of typology;Based on the comparison of CBCC China Building Color Card,the main colors and auxiliary colors of building roof colors are extracted,th e color rules are explored,and the facade materials are classified.Using semiotics,this paper analyzes the detailed symbolic features of traditional building facades,extracts th e detailed components of residential building roofs,and analyzes the types of commonly used doors and windows;Finally,analyze the relationship between the scale and scale o f the facade.The above provides a basis for the subsequent optimization strategy of the facade shape of residential buildings in the old city.Finally,on the premise of learning from the context elements,the optimization strat egy of the facade shape of residential buildings in the old city is proposed.For multi-sto rey residential building groups,the control method of gradual renewal and division of st yle theme is proposed;In view of the multi-storey residential building,this paper gives detailed guidance from three aspects of building facade elements,color and material,an d facade composition,and proposes the updated design of building facade;For high-rise residential buildings,the control method of unifying architectural style and optimizing volume relationship is proposed.For multi-storey residential buildings,the translation i nnovation is carried out from three aspects of building facade elements,color materials and facade composition to achieve organic integration.To sum up,this paper summarizes and analyzes the context elements from the pers pective of the traditional building facade form,which provides certain theoretical suppo rt for the optimization of the residential building facade form in the old urban area.It is hoped that this study can provide theoretical,material reference and practical assistance for the protection,restoration,renewal and coordination of the residential building style in Qufu and other historical and cultural blocks in the future.
