| In the process of urbanization,we should not only consider the economic construction of the city,but also consider the environmental construction of the city,especially the environmental construction of some old residential areas.In this paper,the object of urban micro-renewal and thermal environment is focused on the ecological benefits of the transformation of old urban settlements.The main reason is that urban renewal,as an important medium to improve the urban ecosystem,has gradually attracted attention to its impact on the outdoor thermal environment.However,there is still a lack of comprehensive and systematic research.Based on this,taking Hefei as an example,this paper mainly adopts the method of computer numerical simulation to study the influence of the external space renewal design scheme of the old residential area on the outdoor thermal environment,and summarizes the climate adaptability strategy of the old residential area reconstruction work.Based on the investigation of the old residential area in Hefei,the typical case residential area is selected as the research object,and the accuracy of thermal environment simulation is verified based on the field meteorological monitoring data of the case residential area.On this basis,the thermal environment of different types of old residential areas is evaluated,and the key optimization space of poor thermal environment is identified.Further,the environmental renewal design of the space with prominent thermal environment problems in the case residential area is carried out,and the thermal environment optimization effect is verified.The transformation strategy of the old residential area in hot summer and cold winter based on thermal environment optimization is summarized.Finally,the following conclusions are obtained :1.The old residential areas in Hefei are row layout in the classification of residential building layout form,and the average building height classification is given priority to with multi-layer I and high-rise I.2.Taking Zizhuyuan Residential Area and Baoheyuan Residential Area as the typical research objects of the high-rise type I determinant and the multi-layer type I determinant old residential areas,through the thermal environment simulation analysis,it is concluded that the thermal environment quality of the public activity space(including the central square and the main entrance square),the protective green space adjacent to the urban road,the main road space and the building group space in Zizhuyuan Residential Area is poor,and the spatial distribution of the thermal environment in Baoheyuan Residential Area is similar.The space with poor thermal environment quality includes the public activity space(central square),the building group space and the main road space.3.The bottom quotient opening scheme of the high-rise row Zizhuyuan community has the best effect on the improvement of the thermal environment of the building group.The thermal comfort index PET is optimized by 0.29℃ in summer and winter.In the road space,increasing the road space shrub planting scheme has an improvement effect on the thermal environment of the study area in summer and winter,and the optimization effect is the best.PET comprehensive optimization in summer and winter is 0.40℃,and low reflectivity pavement materials have a certain improvement effect on the thermal environment.In the outdoor public activity space,high reflectivity basalt pavement material effect is the best,PET comprehensive optimization 0.04 ℃,in addition,the setting of wind retaining wall in summer and winter have improved the thermal environment,PET comprehensive optimization0.02℃.In the green space,the centralized green space layout has the best effect on improving the thermal environment,and the PET comprehensive optimization is0.12℃.4.The bottom overhead treatment of some residential buildings in the summer dominant wind direction has the best effect on the improvement of the thermal environment of the building group space in the multi-layer row type Baoheyuan District,and the PET comprehensive optimization of the thermal comfort index in summer and winter is 0.28 ℃.In the road space,increasing the road space shrub planting scheme has improved the thermal environment of the study area in summer and winter,and the optimization effect is the best.PET comprehensive optimization in summer and winter is 0.40 ℃,and low reflectivity pavement materials also have a certain improvement effect on the thermal environment.In the outdoor public activity space,it is suitable to use the underlying surface material with moderate reflectivity and specific heat capacity to balance the thermal comfort of summer and winter square space.In addition,the setting of waterscape sketches has better thermal comfort improvement effect in summer,and has less influence on the thermal comfort of the site in winter.The comprehensive optimization effect is relatively good in summer and winter,and the PET comprehensive optimization is 0.02℃.5.The renewal design strategy of urban old residential areas in hot summer and cold winter areas based on thermal environment optimization is proposed from four aspects : building monomert,sketch facility,site underlying surface material and site greening,so as to provide basis and
