Research On Health-Oriented Renewal For Old Residential Environment In Winter Cities

Urban development direction of China is changing from fast-developing period to progressive period. Stock-type planning replace growth-type planning, becoming the focus of urban development. As the main carrier of the stock-type programs, old communities is most closely related to people's daily life closely. Recent years, many cities and regions carried out a series of projects to renewal the old communities, which acquire a series of theoretical and practical results, although we found a lot of problems. Residents' health depend on environmental quality, so it is important to explore the renewal of old communities in healthy perspective. As a distinctive city types, old communities in winter cities has its unique characteristics. At present, Research of old communities is foused on the residence itself, lacking the research of environment renewal.View of the above problems, this article explore the outdoor environmental of old communities in healthy perspective which is a new perspecitve. Based on the research of old communities in winter cities, we analyze the physical environment, spiritual reconstruction environment and residents' willingness, finding the main problems in old communities, identifying the factors behind it. This paper proposed make the health as a guide to old communities environment the winer cities and upgrade the health of environment.This study focuses on health-oriented renewal strategies for old residential environment in winter cities. Firsly, the paper determine the direction of research and related concepts, analyzing habitat environmental science theory, urban organic regeneration theory, health and human performance and related other basic theory, clarifying its significance.Secondly, the papar analysis of the relationship between the living environment and public health, mental health and social capital.According to the research of healthy cities and healthy communities,analysising of the successional stages of the old settlements currently. The paper find that extend China's housing renewal is just around the corner, by researching foreign residence update cycle theory. Futher more, this paper explain how to apply the concept of health system for old settlelments environmental regeneration. This paper summarizes the characteristics of urban residential district in cold construction of each period and make characteristic of each period settlements outside environment clearly. In this study, we survey the old settlements environment in the 90 s, including the status of the physical environment, spiritual state, satisfaction and renewal attitude. On this basis, seeking the problem of old cold settlements environment. At last, this paper put forward health-oriented the principle of the old settlements environmental and strategies,which including the physical environment, social environmentd and policy.
