Research On The Application Of Low-carbon Design Concept In Building Space

This paper is based on the mentor’s project "Planning and Design of the Haikou International Medical Device Industrial Park".Based on the research of planning and architectural design,the author conducts in-depth research on the Medical Device Science and Technology Museum.In recent years,global warming has occurred,and the increase in carbon emissions caused by human activities is one of the important reasons for global warming.In the international carbon reduction environment,the Kyoto Protocol was passed in 1997,advocating for limiting greenhouse gas emissions from developed countries to suppress global warming.How to achieve low-carbon development and protect the Earth’s environment has become a hot topic of concern.With the development of the times,countries are transitioning from traditional models of pursuing economic growth to more economical,environmentally friendly,and sustainable development models,which has become an inevitable trend in the development of countries around the world.This project is located in the Haikou National High tech Industrial Development Zone,which is an important component of the economic development of Hainan Province.It is also one of the 11 key parks of the Free Trade Port Industrial Park and has unique advantages.Mei’an Technology New City is an important component of Haikou National High tech Industrial Development Zone.In 2020,the Boao Lecheng International Medical Tourism Pilot Zone in Hainan was officially established,marking the birth of China’s first medical special zone and the beginning of the reform of China’s medical equipment approval system.With the advancement of the 13 th Five Year Plan for healthcare reform,many industries have ushered in unprecedented opportunities,especially the pharmaceutical equipment industry,which will usher in new development trends.In order to promote the process,the government is constructing a project covering an area of 39.34 square kilometers in Mei’an Ecological Technology New City.The park is planned to adopt an overall spatial structure of "one core,four zones,central leadership,multiple areas of prosperity,and ecological integration".This project focuses on the architectural space design of the Haiping International Medical Device Industrial Park under the low-carbon design concept,mainly studying the medical device technology museum within the industrial park.After the completion of the Haikou Medical Device Industrial Park,Haiping International will greatly attract the gathering of cutting-edge talents and high-tech medical device enterprises both domestically and internationally,and Hainan will welcome opportunities for innovative development in the medical device industry.
