Research On The Influencing Factors Of Residential Green Buildings In Chengdu Based On AHP Method

Since implementing a low-carbon,green and ecology new ideas in China’s construction industry,Building products as a commodity in the integration of new concept generates green building,and as the dominant trend of the future development of the industry.In order to implement green building market.State promulgated as "green building evaluation criteria"(GB/T50378-2014)and other relevant policies to provide security and economic incentives.But currently the focus of state attention is green building evaluation and based on a variety of incentive and restraint measures taken by the evaluation.At the same time,green building in different angle of the relevant subjects produced different understanding,which creates a barrier the market.Therefore,this paper studies the factors of residential green building and emphasis of the management to the effects of the pre Factors.Thesis introduces the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)and analysis the following four aspects about residential green building factors:Firstly,it analyzes the impact factors and its producing results to the residential buildings.Next,in order to influence factors division level and its importance,it explore the purpose and the main issues by introduction of AHP.Thirdly,in order to explaining the importance of rationality,paper analysis the results consistency test during the analysis AHP.Finally,this paper analyses the different influence respondents to the factors’ weight results.Then it puts forward the optimal path of green buildings factors.The main innovation of the paper lies:Firstly,it laid a foundation of he whole process of green building management and foremost change management perspective.Secondly,it has rational and scientific of green building factors by using AHP method.Thirdly,paper provides a basis of the investigation of factors to respondents.Related subject(investors,administrations)could take targeted measures to the importance of factors in the early management of residential green buildings,which lay a good foundation for a variety of green building evaluation after forming.
