Research On Restrictive Factors And Popularization Strategy Of Green Building Development In Jilin Province

As the urbanization process accelerates,the construction industry develops rapidly,and resources,energy,and ecological environment problems are becoming more and more serious.In order to solve these problems and ensure the sustainable development of the construction industry,exploring the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry is an urgent research topic.Green buildings have significant advantages in energy conservation,emission reduction,environmental protection,and ecological livability.They are a successful move to implement the concept of sustainable development in the field of construction.Practices at home and abroad have proved that the development of green buildings is an inevitable trend for the transformation and upgrading of the traditional construction industry.In-depth research on the development and application of green buildings is an urgent task.Although the national level is actively promoting the development of green buildings,the overall development level is not optimistic.Taking Jilin Province as an example,the development of green buildings in Jilin Province has a late start and a slow development rate.It has lagged far behind the national average level,and Jiangsu,Guangdong and other places There is a huge gap.Therefore,it is extremely necessary to study the constraints and promotion strategies of green building development in Jilin Province,which can not only enrich the theoretical research on the development and promotion of green buildings in Jilin Province,but also provide an empirical reference for improving the development status of green buildings in Jilin Province.The thesis first studies the constraints of the development of green buildings in Jilin Province.Based on an in-depth analysis of the current situation of the development and promotion of green buildings in Jilin Province,combing the existing problems in the development of green buildings in Jilin Province;by referring to a large number of relevant documents,summarizing the existing relevant research results,extracting the constraints of green building development,and analyzing according to the current situation Sort out the problems and the situation in Jilin Province to revise and improve these factors,and build a constraint factor index system to obtain the initial constraints on the development of green buildings in Jilin Province;use the initial constraints to create a questionnaire and issue it to relevant professionals in the construction industry of Jilin Province The questionnaire finally selected and identified the constraints of the development of green buildings in Jilin Province.Secondly,the DEMATEL method was used to systematically and quantitatively analyze the 19 identified constraints.Through the establishment of professional groups and expert interviews,the relationship strength between 19 factors was obtained,and the direct impact matrix was obtained.A series of matrix operations were performed using MATLAB-R2019 a,and finally the core indicators-centrality and cause degree were obtained.The analysis and ranking of indicators finally determine the 8 key constraints in terms of policy,technology and market(especially developers).Finally,based on the analysis results of the restrictive factors,the promotion strategy of green building in Jilin Province is studied.Mainly put forward countermeasures and form strategies in terms of policy,technology and market.That is,use policy funds to support technology research and development and innovation,attract and train talent,thereby reducing green building costs,and at the same time strengthen supervision and guidance,in order to stimulate developers’ enthusiasm to develop green buildings,and promote supporting facilities and supporting technologies through technological research and development and innovation Improve and improve,so as to promote the comprehensive promotion of green buildings in Jilin Province.
