| In recent years,with the increasing development of urbanization,village planning has gradually entered the villagers’ vision,and various problems in the planning and development of various villages have become increasingly prominent,so the task of rural revitalization is urgent.Due to its special regional position,villages in suburban integrated areas are greatly affected by urban development.The rapid development of cities and towns leads to serious population loss,land use disorder,spatial disorder,etc.Therefore,suburban integrated areas become the most urgent areas for development and construction.Suiling Town is a chengguan town in Suilang County.Dongfanghong Village and Dongsheng Village under its jurisdiction are located in the suburban integrated development area.Suiling Town once formed the layout of suburban integrated development by relying on the steady improvement of geographical advantages,but the original construction and development plan can no longer follow up to meet the innovative development ideas of the new era and the development process of new urbanization.In order to better coordinate the village resources,develop the village characteristic industries,improve the village living environment,and enhance the happiness of village residents,the transformation planning and design of villages in the suburban integration area of Suiling Town are carried out.By analyzing and studying the cases of new village construction in South Korea,village building movement in Japan,Ranstad village construction in the Netherlands,Yuanjia village planning and construction in Xi ’an,Haotang Village planning and construction in Xinyang Village,Lanling Dai Village planning and construction,and Xianfang Village planning and construction in Dongfu Town in Suihua City,this paper concludes that the suburban integrated villages should give priority to ecology.By optimizing the ecological environment of the villages,Improve the environment,improve the construction of supporting facilities,and create livable living space;Planning and development adhere to the people-oriented,from the actual needs of the villagers to solve the problem,pay attention to the change of population structure and talent training;Village planning and construction should take advantage of its own advantages,adjust to local conditions,fully promote the development of the primary,secondary and tertiary industries,and carry out effective industrial integration to build a mature industrial development system to benefit the people and increase income,so as to drive the development of village economy.Only by realizing multi-direction economic recycling can the sustainable development of villages be provided with inexhaustible power.On this basis,through the investigation and analysis of villages in Suiling Town’s suburban integration area,this paper finds that there are some problems in village planning in recent years,such as no clear functional zoning,less infrastructure maintenance,slow industrial planning and construction,imprecise land management,and not obvious green landscape.In view of the existing problems of the village,according to the planning concept and reconstruction design principle of suburban integrated villages,the reconstruction design of the suburban integrated area of Suiling town is carried out: the overall layout of the planning and construction is "one axis,two belts,three points and four zones"."One axis" refers to the main axis of the village planning and development,which can connect multiple village groups of two villages,and the courtyard economy and vegetable industry can be concentrated on both sides of the main axis."Two belts" refers to the garden economic construction belt and fruit and vegetable production increase construction belt;"Three points" refers to the three key construction points,from north to south,which are respectively the primary processing point of agricultural products,the leisure picking point of fruit and vegetable,and the shed open land joint income point;The "four districts" are the Fumei Courtyard District,the cluster industrial district,the boutique shed district and the area of increasing income and dew.During the reconstruction of Suiling suburban integrated area,maintenance and restoration of infrastructure were mainly carried out.Some damaged inter-village roads,street lamps,dustbins and other infrastructure were repaired to ensure the daily life of residents.In terms of industrial planning,the emphasis should be placed on the construction of garden economy,the expansion of shed and open field vegetable planting scale,the reasonable planning of the main planting varieties of each village group,and the integrated development of agricultural primary processing and vegetable industry;In terms of land resource management and use,focus on the utilization of gardens,revitalize idle and abandoned gardens to develop vegetable industry;Village appearance is mainly clean and tidy.Simple decoration and beautification are carried out on the basis of cleanliness,highlighting the greening landscape effect and strengthening the maintenance in the later period.In the overall planning and reconstruction design of Suiling Town suburban integration area,this study also integrates the village planning into the development and construction planning of Suiling Town and the whole county.Relying on the existing planting resources and industrial development basis,a beautiful and livable Suiling town with strong industry is built to further improve the development quality of the suburban integration area. |
