| In the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,it is pointed out that the "three rural issues" are fundamental issues related to the national economy and people’s livelihood.We must always take solving the "three rural issues" as the top priority of the whole party’s work and implement the rural revitalization strategy.Over the past 40 years of reform and opening up,agriculture and rural areas have gone through a tortuous road of exploration,progress,reform and development,and the agriculture and rural economy have achieved a historic leap.At the same time,the main social contradictions in our country have undergone fundamental changes,especially the implementation of "precise poverty alleviation" in most rural areas has become a major strategic decision of the CPC Central Committee.Therefore,the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy has great practical significance and far-reaching historical significance,which is an inevitable requirement for solving the main social contradictions in our country in the new era and realizing the goal of "two hundred years" and the Chinese dream of great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Taking Hongbaozi village,Liushun Township,Lintan County,Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture as an example,based on the natural,historical and cultural resources endowment of the study area,this paper discusses the new mode of rural industrial development in the new era,which provides theoretical guidance and experience for rural revitalization and development.Based on questionnaire survey,data integration analysis,expert consultation and other research methods,this study analyzes the historical development context,resource distribution characteristics,industrial structure layout,etc.On this basis,it analyzes the relevant domestic excellent cases,compares and optimizes the industrial development model in combination with the actual needs of industrial development in the study area,and puts forward the industrial development model and rural planning development strategy in the study area.The main conclusions are as follows:(i)The industrial development mode of the study area can be summarized as the cooperative operation mode of ecological intensive farming,the networked sales mode of family small handicraft workshops,the marketing mode of traditional processing companies,and the all-round development mode of experiential cultural tourism industry services.(ii)As a traditional village with prominent overall pattern,Hongbaozi village should pay attention to protecting its historical pattern and pastoral scenery,highlighting the overall relationship between the village and the natural ecosystem of "mountain,water,forest,field,lake and grass",protecting the surrounding environment as a whole according to the requirements of traditional village protection,strictly controlling and optimizing its construction,and building a strong protection system through traditional folk culture lines,village ecological landscape lines and traditional architectural landscape lines.(iii)The overall spatial structure planning of Hongbaozi village can be briefly described as "five districts and one belt ",namely,historical and cultural village area,traditional village style area,village expansion area,tourism supporting comprehensive service area,agricultural ecological landscape area and waterfront scenery belt.Scientific and reasonable rural planning can comprehensively drive the industrial development mode of the study area and promote the sustainable development of rural economy. |
