Research On The Risk Management Of GR Company’s Elevator Installation Project In A Community

The elevator industry in China is still in growth period,the elevator industry is facing overcapacity,fierce competition,the supply glut,part of the company in order to maintain stable status,and can reduce cost,further enhance the competitive advantage,in specific project application,project management must ensure the safety of the elevator operation during the construction process and quality,reduce the construction and installation costs,improve customer satisfaction,improve the elevator installation project,the rational allocation of resources,to further improve the company competitive advantage in the field and popularity.Supported by the project risk management theory and taking GR Company as the research object,this paper constructs A specific project management process for the elevator installation project in A community.Firstly,this paper collects and collates the relevant theories of risk management and the relevant theoretical researches of the research results.Secondly,through field research,brainstorming and other relevant methods,the risk identification of the whole process of the elevator installation project in A community was carried out,and various types of risk factors faced by the project were obtained.Thirdly,the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is used to carry out risk assessment on the risk factors obtained above to evaluate the probability of occurrence of different risk factors and the degree of possible loss,so as to achieve the ranking of the impact degree of risk factors.Before then,in view of the risk identification and evaluation of the risk to face,for A residential elevator installation project risk level is described as "very high" expert proportion of 14.11%,21.79% of the experts say the project risk level is high,with 33.81% of experts believe that the project risk level for general,18.98% of experts believe that the project risk level is low,11.31% of experts believe that the project risk level is very low.From the comprehensive risk evaluation result table of the project,it can be seen that the risk level of elevator installation project in A community is generally higher.Aiming at residential elevator installation project risks,puts forward some Suggestions for risk management,help enterprises to strengthen risk management and control,to a certain extent,help the company to respond effectively to the risk problem,reduce the probability of occurrence of a risk,reduce loss,to ensure that the development of the company health and safety,for other similar companies in solving the problems that exist in the risk management has a certain reference significance.
