Research On T Building Elevator Installation Project Risk Management Based On Theory Of Life Cycle

In recent years,with the rapid development of Chinese economy and the accelerating urbanization process,Chinese construction industry has ushered in a period of rapid development.At the same time,the scarcity of urban construction land has also led to the emergence of high-rise buildings and super high-rise buildings.As an important vertical transportation tool in high-rise buildings,elevator equipment has become an important infrastructure closely related to the lives of the people.As an important sub-project of construction engineering,the elevator installation project will directly affect the objectives of the construction project.Elevator installation project management,in addition to the risk factors of construction engineering,also has its particularity.Especially in recent years,new materials and new processes have been installed in the elevators.The original experience and methods can no longer meet the actual needs of the project.This requires us to re-examine the process of elevator installation project management,make adjustments and changes to adapt to the new Claim.This paper firstly studies the status quo of related fields at home and abroad based on the life cycle theory,taking the T building elevator installation project as the research object,using the relevant theories of project risk management,using Delphi method,analytic hierarchy process,etc.as the main analysis method.Identify,analyze,respond to and monitor the risk factors of the entire life cycle of the T Building Elevator Installation Project.When identifying the risk of elevator installation project,combined with my work experience,the elevator installation process was analyzed in detail,and the risk factors of each installation link were described to better manage the risk factors of the installation process.In this paper,the research on the risk management of the life cycle of the T building elevator installation project not only plays an active role in completing the T building elevator installation project,but also serves as a reference for the risk management of the same type of project in the future.I hope that the conclusions drawn in this paper can provide some help for other scholars to study the risk management of elevator installation.
